@ViCustomerCare - Really very bad internet speed in Kolkata. Probably VI provide the worse customer care support and internet speed in Kolkata now. Many times I dialed to 198 to lodge a complaint but no one care about the issues. Can you let me know how to initiate MNP process.

@ViCustomerCare Recharge done for 3 GB / day but getting 1.5 GB / Day.This is what the special offer you are giving who are opted for Port.This is really horrible didn't expect from Vi team.I need full refund what I have done recharge today and I will Port to Airtel

Network quality of Vi decreased drastically. I waited almost one month for improvement, nothing happened. I'm going to definitely port to @airtelindia after my pack is over. I'll suggest my friends to switch to other networks. @ViCustomerCare
