@ViCustomerCare Those who are thinning to switch on Vi please don't switch to this garbage network. When you recharge with a 28 day plan it will show 2G or 3G for first 15 to 20 days after that it performs very well and it repeats every month . Please do not switch to this service provider

Hey @ViCustomerCare I am not able to make or receive calls since last 1 month and even after lodging complaint 5 times and reopening it another 5 times my issue is not resolved yet , this is how you give service to your loyal and premium customers!! @TRAI

I raised a port-out request 2 days ago. Vi told me to delink my secondary number first. I did. Since then, it’s clear your team is deliberately stalling by making silent calls, so you can close the request saying “customer didn’t respond.” Shameful tactics 3/4 @ViCustomerCare
