@ViCustomerCare @NetflixHelps so the passing the ball game starts when you are not able to login on Netflix. Its a pain in a## when you have any services as part of subscription in REDX Plan 999, VI app says subscription ends with 31 dec 2021 - & Netflix says account not found !!

@TRAI Please take strong action against @ViCustomerCare . I am unable to make calls to BSNL numbers. Complaint so many times but they have no wish to solve my problem. I've unlimited calling plan. But unable to make calls. Shame on VI.

@ViCustomerCare Fed up of 4g frequent disconnection issues. Complained to Vi helpline twice but everytime complain closed without actually resolving my issue. Tried all methods to reset network settings in my phone but still issue not resolved.

@ViCustomerCare Having worst experience with my Vi SIM. Getting no network bars on it. Went to Mini store and they acted rude and asked me to go somewhere else.
