    @ViCustomerCare complimentary 6-month trial ended, the subscription was automatically without any prior notification, explicit consent, or authorization. I strongly object to this practice. At no point did I approve or authorize this amount to be billed to my Vi account. #fail

    @ViCustomerCare Akash, I don't want your advice about my number. I have seen your DM, and it doesn't provide any solution. Kindly answer publicly instead of hiding behind DMs, so everyone can see how Vodafone Idea is treating its customers and misleading the public.

    @VodafoneIN_News @ViCustomerCare funny part is both the CS Representative & Supervisor were denied to give Vodafone X account. Told it’s against to their policy. This is a public information thing But they denied. Very bad Bottom line is Vodafone needs to change, otherwise We Do
