    @ViCustomerCare Vi India ka fastest network h esa ap log bolte ho but mera 2 din se Internet issue aa rha h toh usko resolve krne me 90days ka wait bta rhe h .. seriously are you joking?? 90days lockdown me ghar pr bina Internet ke … They only do fake advertisements and all.

    @ViCustomerCare my SIM was not getting registered do the vi store representative gave me a new sim saying it will be registered in 4 hrs . Its almost 6 hrs n still my sim is not yet activated. Kindly solve this asap. Else I have no choice but to port it to a different network.

    Pathetic Service at Vi Mini Store. I visited the store thrice (in this pandemic) in the past 2 days but did get my sim activated. Even the Mini store does not have any contact number. This sim is really very important to me. Please help @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Your response to my request for help is ridiculous! You are sending me a list of 12 questions I have to answer? Are u serious? Get real, get serious and sort out my problem asap! On Dec 12, 2021 I recharged for 84 days and today my phone connection is cut!
