Can you believe telecom company having network down for more than 3 weeks and still not able to address it? @ViCustomerCare (Vodafone idea) has done it. They have network downtime in Belgium for last 2 weeks.

@SandeepPathak02 @ViCustomerCare Same issue here. When will the issue be resolved?? Multiple users affected across Belgium. Multiple SRs were raised from my side between 13th Jan to till date, but no solution. One of them is #MNG-VO1181944769. Can you at least provide some information on the resolution??
