    @ViCustomerCare You took 4 days to tell me that I have to replace my SIM on Vi Store. This useless information you could have provided on day 1. Now here I have a strict lockdown in my area during weekend. When should will I be able to replace my sim. Pathetic customer support.

    @ViCustomerCare Very poor voice quality. Both indoor and outdoor. Have been told that it has been resolved but the issue persists. Had to use BSNL to have official call because of this. Disappointed.

    @NotMengele @ViCustomerCare You woke up too late ..the worst mobile provider is #vodafone I used their services for ten years and since a few years using #airtel without any problem.. I gave up #jio too
