    @ViCustomerCare I am a customer past 15 years. And also a share holder. Now I am being harassed by Vodafone and its customer service. They keep deducting my balance and activating caller tunes. Their customer service support is pathetic. They can't do anything. They blame it on the company.

    @ViCustomerCare such a shame if you can't resolve customer complaint for more than a week. Contacting VI appealate also could not help. #pathetic

    @ViCustomerCare network is down from 2days total network fluctuations not stable had to switch to 3g . 4g is working on 15/30kbps horrible
