@VodaIdea_NEWS please share data of no complaints received about SMS facility not working. How many of them are resolved and average no of days/months required to close. Resolution means SMS facility restored and not the resolution based on your internal commn.@ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare.. Why you always deduct the amount without confirmation from tbe user.. This happened with me 3rd time.. Who the hell you have given the rights..?? Who the hell you are Vi..Instead of deducting the amounts resolve your network issues etc. Stop doing this nonsense
