    @ViCustomerCare Kindly sort the issue. Will delete it soon after it. Also I want to migrate to prepaid. Even before starting it, this is the way you treat your customers, I don't want to be in VI. if not possible, soon after 90 days, I will move to airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare There is no internet service working from last 12 hours In my are , must update it...that why most of user ported out from Vi , your team not taking any action against complain , must watch ground situation of vi by contacting other no..I have also port out...still no resultion

    @ViCustomerCare your team has closed the Internet Network complaint with reference no. KAR-V00539709190 And at my side the issue still persists. How can the issue be closed without providing resolution? Is this the service I expect after being user from last 10 Years?

    @ViCustomerCare Recently, I got call from Pooja, she was very casually on call and the call got disconnected from agent side without resolution. @rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare All the agents of Vi Twitter team is worthless. Can some take action for agents and provide me the benefits as promised?
