    @ViCustomerCare I don't have any alternative no. please come at BTS site . It is in north 24 pgs.all users are suffering the network related issue or send your number I will call you tomorrow.

    @ViCustomerCare Poor Network getting multiple calls from you call centre for the bill payment which I had paid before due date. Totally hopeless service

    @ViCustomerCare 2+ months & still no working 5G on my postpaid with Vodafone Idea Limited. Fake “resolved” updates, but service is dead. Still being charged. Escalating to Telecom Regulatory Authority of India & Department of Telecommunications. Fix it or legal action next.

    @ViCustomerCare finally port done to airtel after pathetic service fo vadafone.. 4 numbers in family plan ported to airtel..bye bye vodafone after 20 yrs
