@ViCustomerCare very poor response fry your team...i recharged on 15/3/21 but still recharge not successful and balance deducted from account your cc saying amount will be reverted back in 25 hrs but nothing done.. disgusting

@ViCustomerCare irresponsive customer care -6 months of miserable wait to avoid wastage of time to resolve #fraudlentbilling #billdispute -email responses are so generic and no resolution! Only option is to port our decade older numbers from the family.

I've had it @VodaIdea_NEWS and @ViCustomerCare . From November I've been telling them thier dnd complaint registation page is broken and they still didn't fix it. I still get ad sms even after full dnd is on. **** it, Imma sue those bastards. Who's with me?
