    @PrasandhuR @ViCustomerCare It's third class service,they pretend by sending this kind of messages in DM and tweets,they actually don't really solve the problem,if someone comes and read this then they would think"Vi is good how they respond to customer in DMs and this kind of way"but in reality they don't.

    @ViCustomerCare I am a V! postpaid customer. I came to the Kozhikode store to get a duplicate SIM and they tell me to go to the Vadakara store. One more of my precious day should be wasted on that. I regret taking the Vodafone SIM My one day is worth a lot to me

    @ViCustomerCare what is this issue in Vodafone tower while speaking call sometimes opposite voice is not hearing and I can't call back also..I want to change Vodafone to jio could you please tell me what is the procedure @reliancejio @JioCare
