    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir @ViCustomerCare I was standing in subzero temp in Poland trying to resolve data issue with Cust care in voda agent on WhatsApp using railway station Wi-Fi. 3 days it didn’t work and I got sick bcz of their nuisance and I am told their is no issue by VI ?

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare u /ur team doesn't do anything to improve network connectivity in my area for many years, even now you denied saying no plan for connectivity improvement tn solution pls? @TRAI Vodafone idea network connectivity is very poor in sec 108, Gurugram , need attention

    @ViCustomerCare When I see everyone saying good network, i am very much excited to check network coverage in my home at Hyderabad. It's pathetic...not even a call goes.

    @TRAI @jagograhakjago When the customer asks @ViCustomerCare enquire about these VAS. They make bogus claim that the offer got activated due to clicking on some links online. If we ask them to stop these VAS from activating, they say it can only be stopped for 6 months. 2/?

    @ViCustomerCare My new eSim keeps dropping data connection every five minutes. I have to go into flight mode and come out for it to restore. Every five mins. Any solution ?

    @ViCustomerCare International Roaming pack promises seamless connectivity, to my surprise, on a visit to USA, Vi advised me to use T-Mobile network for voice call and AT&T for data. It is not mentioned on their website. It doesn't work seamlessly. Poor customer experience.
