    @ViCustomerCare I raised a Port request for a new connection, and not getting any response from team even after payment. This is really disheartening to such 'same say service'. How to cancel it now? Really frustrated.

    @ViCustomerCare my vi Mumbai sim not working in Delhi so I went to vi store regarding that they have not provided any help instead try to sell their postpaid plan ask me to convert prepaid no to postpaid..this is how u guys loot customers .

    Dear VI India Pvt Ltd, If customer didn't recharge after few days,you barred all services like I/O calls. In case of fully Recharged, if he/she is facing network/data issue continuously then what should we do @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @VodafoneGroup

    @mihirsingh1 Its been days since Ive been following up with the @ViCustomerCare team with no resolution for a prime membership fee that has been deducted but no membership awarded. Can you help cause all else that I tried hasnt worked.

    @ViCustomerCare What is the point of DM your concern when all we get days and days after is that we have escalated the issue and nothing else. I can give you SIM and IMSI number as well if that helps. But no response is not acceptable @ViCustomerCare
