    @ViCustomerCare I'm unable to use unlimited 5G in my home despite being latched to 5G network. I use my phone as hotspot to surf the internet on my laptop. What could be the reason for this and how can I start using unlimited 5G at home?

    @ViCustomerCare Speed is good in my area but I don't know why the page is not open from the VI network in my laptop ,many complaints raised but no single action taken. When we connect with another network it's working fine and the page is loaded fast. What type of quality is vi using. Please fix

    I called 198 @ViCustomerCare to report the network issues.However, instead of assuring me that the problem would be resolved,the customer care representative simply told meโ€œYou can port your number.โ€As a customer, such an irresponsible response is truly surprising & disappointing
