    Dear @ViCustomerCare Team, โ€‹I am writing to report an issue with my recent Vi SIM card order. โ€‹The SIM card has been delivered to me, but it is currently not working. Furthermore, when I check the order status on the Vi website, it does not reflect that it has been delivered.
