    @ViCustomerCare So they tell you to DM them the details and ghost you afterwards. Still waiting for the resolution as the people at customer care are retards and don't know anything about how a network connection works. I have an unlimited data plan and it's getting exhausted.

    @ViCustomerCare As expected your team called and refused to help. Told them Iโ€™ve been trying to port this out and I was told I will highlight to a senior a cut the phone. Huge problems with your customer service. @TRAI pls make a note of all this.

    @ViCustomerCare @khan_arbaa88923 Don't buy vi or port to other network. Their customer support system very bad. Didn't satisfy from vi customer support system. They didn't solve my issue.

    No @ViCustomerCare network in Dharamshala for 4 days. I don't know the reason. Sim is okay till April 30th. Ridiculous to see nobody cares.
