    @ViCustomerCare Advertising with SRK is senseless.. when network is not stable like airtel.. i dont know how much you pay for SRK but with that money you can seriously fix atleast my area signal strength problem..

    @ViCustomerCare Hey @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare,writing on behalf of a friend.They bought an IR pack with no upfront country list, only to find Vietnam wasn't covered. Contacted support immediately, but reps delayed until auto-activation to deny a refund! Need this escalated & refunded ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare Only change in logo. No improvement in service, network etc. even the utility payment section in the VI app is not working since last 2 months and your customer service team has no update on that. Such a rubbish company

    @ViCustomerCare It’s not only the network but nothing is good in VI, from postpaid plans to customer care services , everything is worst . Check my emails and messages and chat history you will come to know about my frustration
