    @ViCustomerCare Recently ported my 5 numbers from Jio to VI postpaid. I am in Pune and the network is very bad, unable to talk properly, not easy to connect with C Care, I was expecting good service than Jio but it's more worst. 100 towers is only advertising.

    @ViCustomerCare shameless thieves. You instantly pocketed my recharge money after 6 months but gave me a DEAD network. No signal at all. Forcing customers to physically visit a store for your backend incompetence is a literal scam. Absolute trash tier telecom. #ViIndia

    @ViCustomerCare should improve their network coverage first. We were without any signal for 10 days in Himachal Pradesh. Saving grace were 1. Hotspot from another cell with a Jio sim 2. Hotel wifi
