    @ViCustomerCare , I've already got my lost SIM barred, but I'm being asked to visit a Vi Store for a duplicate SIM. I live in a rural area with no nearby store and, due to health issues, I'm unable to travel long distances. If Vi can send representatives for new SIMs, why not 1/2

    I purchased 3 Vi postpaid numbers and paid a total security deposit of โ‚น900. However, I still haven't received my security deposit refund. This is disappointing. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare highly pathetic service booked new number more than 48hours passed by still number delivery pending. Called on 8141018180 they r saying delivery partner will call but no call yet.On 198 Mr.Abhinav also responded unpolished & his supervisor deny coming on call.

    @ViCustomerCare You mentioned in DM that you do not have provision to ask Income Tax Deptt. to extend the due date. Fair Enough. But surely you do have the provision to ensure proper internet service in my area. At the very least please get the internet connectivity in my area fixed asap.
