    @ViCustomerCare I am facing an issue with Unlimited 5G on my Vi number. My phone shows a 5G connection, but my daily data quota is still being deducted. Once the daily quota is exhausted, internet services stop working completely. Kindly investigate and resolve.

    @ViCustomerCare @JioCare You guys have some of the most pathetic networks I have come across. Does not even work 5G most of the times. And even in 4G I'm not receiving msg, pages not loading while travelling in central line mumbai. Network gaand me gusake baite ho kya?

    @ViCustomerCare Yes I will go with vi soon ,if my problem will not fixed by BSNL ,by the way I am already using vi it's network is tremendous but only one thing missing in my area that is 5g , place motihari 845402

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, your pre-call announcements are annoying. 1st agent told me to call 1930 cyber helpline, 2nd agent bluntly said "I can't do anything". Pathetic service! Stop wasting my time and deactivate these offers/announcements on my number ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare,I paid โ‚น4k for international roaming pack,but the service has been extremely disappointing.Most of the time Iโ€™m getting only 1 signal bar,network is unstable& 5G speeds aren't com. This is unacceptable for paid IR roaming .#Vi #VodafoneIdea #InternationalRoaming
