    @ViCustomerCare even having full network with 4g signal my internet is not working kindly call me so i can explain better.

    @ViCustomerCare One of the worst service provider, initially Vi has good internet service but nowadays their service is worst, i ported my one Vi number to airtel and second one will soon port to other service provider.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare I had raised a request to port to a different operator, and while my process in underway I get a call from your call center asking me to send CANCEL <Mob Num> to complete the porting process. How stupid do youll think your customers are?
