@ViCustomerCare activating VAS without any consent and charging daily 5 rs.even after talk with customer service on call to close any VAS. Still total deduction reached 50 rs and neither giving refund. Ridiculous behaviour from No. 1 cmpny.

@ViCustomerCare I called to your customer care. They told me that you stopped outgoing sms services to below 128 rs recharge. Means VI loosing customers and want to make money from loosing customers.
