  @ViCustomerCare I upgraded my vi sim from 3G to 4G by getting a new sim , day before yesterday but 4G is still not working. Can only use 3G and 2G. A complaint was filed yesterday and was assured that issue would be resolved by today 9 pm but nothing happened till now.

  @ViCustomerCare i had ported from jio to vi and porting is complete now, but in order to activate whenever i am dialing 59059 its telling that i have dialed a wrong number. Please help, sim is not activating.🙏
