@bipolar_kanmani @ViCustomerCare Happened to me a year ago. Vi stole my money thrice. All in the name of VAS and customer executives just read from the script when contacted. Twitter escalation helps to an extent. Got refunded twice after days of battle. I got tired by the third time and Vi still owes me 20.

@ViCustomerCare its been 6 days since am not able to activate imsg with vi sim on both my devices with two different vi sims.The customer support is shifting the blame on apple but imsg is activating with airtel and jio! So hows the issue with apple? Stop shifting the blame!

Vi network sucks at my place, it fluctuates every single minute. Hardly I get network when I go inside home, everytime to call or use internet we should come out of our house. Please resolve this. @ViCustomerCare
