    @ViCustomerCare Hey, Please don't give useless advise & unreasonably don't expect for talk time recharge, when I hv Unlmtd Pack or TRULY UNLMTD CALLS Plan Active. You are absolutely a failure for poor subscriber like me and evidently exposed, yr PLAN is a fake and inferior one.

    @ViCustomerCare Can you please help me since yesterday afternoon I am unable to send or receive SMS, there is hardly any help from customer care and it is becoming very difficult for me as I have to get bank otp's. C-111865729329 is the complain number. Please fix this issue ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I got call from your side, but I'm not getting any solution for inactive my simcard they are asking wait for upto 3rd Jan for charges complaint. But major issue is I'm not able to use my sim, your team updated sim is active in my mobile it's showing emergency call
