@SuryaRSS1992 @ViCustomerCare They will not resolve this issue. They will ask us to recharge more than ₹128 pack for sms.. They are making fools of their customers. They have blocked sms outgoing facility where recharge is less than ₹128. Porting is best option.

@ViCustomerCare Still no network and I'm being asked to wait till 10th November. That's just absurd. I'll have no access to OTPs in addition to not being reachable over the phone for emergencies. It'll be easier for me to port!!!!

@SrDDG_DoT @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare Respected Sir/Mam. Its wrong practice of Vi operator, where they have blocked sms outgoing facility for users of below ₹128 recharge. Now we tried for Port (which is our right) but unable to send Port sms due to sms outgoing issue

@ViCustomerCare, help pls! my sister living in New Delhi has informed that her 4g internet is not working even though calling/ sms is functional and connectivity bars are 5/5. 4g didn't work despite changing SIM slot, cleaning SIM card with eraser or device change. Details on DM!
