@ViCustomerCare Why you guys activate VOLTE for only one day after the request, do we need to request you daily to activate VOLTE daily, first improve the network services, else the results are known to you.

@ViCustomerCare I would like to inform you that I hv port my CUG connections last four months back as well I hv given my complaints by email but no further action has been taken yet. In our area there was no network. Pls check & resolve this issue.

@ViCustomerCare I hv already emailed to your senior but no further action has been taken yet. As well as Mr. Nilabh has denied to resolve this issue. Here is the screenshot of that which he has send me. Is this called your services. Very bad & poor services by VI network team.
