It’s been wonderful conversation with one of @VodafoneIN representative RE my problem. He assured me to look into matter but didn’t said when it’s going to resolve! Again to use mobile data need to do long walk as It’s not working at home. so thanks @VodafoneIN to make me walk!

While I had visited Jio store only once in my lifetime during its initial launch, I have visited VI store more often after getting a Jio sim or connected to @ViCustomerCare more than Jio care. Unsatisfied with the service. Might soon think of porting to a new provider.

@ViCustomerCare I had rollover data of around 150gb in my account and still I was charged Rs.420 as data usage charges. In the previous month also I faced the same issue where I was charged Rs.660 and got that refunded by raising a complaint.

I was writing an exam using Vodafone idea network because my other wifi having some issues. @ViCustomerCare . I lost 49 dollars due to the worst network. I urge all to not use Vodafone idea for any exam . Worst experience ever.

Today I recharged my mobile with Rs.359 pack at 8.53am. Since then unable to use internet on mob. When I called cust care, they told me it will take 4days to work on it. I do my office work using this data pack. 4 days of my recharge will be wasted. @ViCustomerCare please help!

@ViCustomerCare Consumer will port out from Vi to other network operator. Because of Network Issue All Over India. I belong to a Subdivision City But There is Zero Network Coverage While Jio, Airtel, BSNL Provide Good Quality Network Services.
