    It’s been wonderful conversation with one of @VodafoneIN representative RE my problem. He assured me to look into matter but didn’t said when it’s going to resolve! Again to use mobile data need to do long walk as It’s not working at home. so thanks @VodafoneIN to make me walk!

    @ViCustomerCare Horrible service and systems at Vi Chembur store. Went to buy a new postpaid Sim and even after 50mins, I had to leave without the simcard. The exec did the whole process thrice, but failed. It was a VIP num so now that number is not showing on the Vi app either.

    @ViCustomerCare It's going to be 3 mnths my issue is not resolved. Everytime I ask you are saying you are escalating it to senior team or senior team will call back but no further response is received. I lost my 1 yr recharge and additional balance due your store team misguidance
