    It’s been wonderful conversation with one of @VodafoneIN representative RE my problem. He assured me to look into matter but didn’t said when it’s going to resolve! Again to use mobile data need to do long walk as It’s not working at home. so thanks @VodafoneIN to make me walk!

    @ViCustomerCare A month back, I moved to a diff operator and paid all my pending dues. Suddenly you have barred my services and are not conveying fully paid status to the new operator. Why making the process so hard? Please resolve this terribly managed issue, work is suffering.

    @ViCustomerCare my Vi network is not working since yesterday evening and because of this I have missed so many Important calls..facing lot of issue because of this.. Still there is not network... Should I port to another network?

    @ViCustomerCare if you can home deliver sim card for new pre paid connection then why can't an existing post paid user can shift to prepaid connection from home? I am unable to visit your stores in person as I am not well but being your existing customer I don't have such liberty
