    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup i don’t receive proper network from Vodafone from so many months. Huge struggle on calls, Internet doesn’t work promptly. In this work from Höme conditions, it’s hard to rely on ur network. After using 15yrs, Will port soon if not resolved. 9985033009

    @ViCustomerCare What information you are sharing?? No resolution no call no message.... Just saying to clear cache is not resolution... I reset device but no solution.... Showing 5G network but speed is slow than 2 G .... Why you take money if not able to give service @TRAI please help

    I recharged ₹299 on @ViCustomerCare because it clearly showed “Unlimited Data” in the offer. After the recharge, there is no unlimited data benefit in my plan. This is misleading for customers. Please clarify and resolve this issue. #VI #CustomerSupport #MisleadingOffer

    @ViCustomerCare Not interested. Thank you. I am simply asking to shut down 2G/3G services since when network is low it switches from 4G/5G which eats away battery.

    @ViCustomerCare, I recharged my number yesterday expecting internet, but it seems I received an invisible internet plan instead. Full signal bars but speed so slow that even a carrier pigeon with a pen drive would deliver data faster. the page is still loading.
