@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup i don’t receive proper network from Vodafone from so many months. Huge struggle on calls, Internet doesn’t work promptly. In this work from Höme conditions, it’s hard to rely on ur network. After using 15yrs, Will port soon if not resolved. 9985033009

@ViCustomerCare Not sure why you have made life difficult to move from Post paid to prepaid. Your team calls and disconnects and doesn't give approval saying the customer has been retained. I am considering moving out of VI. Within VI movement is so painfu!

@ViCustomerCare from last 3 days i am regularly calling customer care to get my sim activated but no clear response from them today i visited vi store and they had given such a silly reason that my document photo does not matched with live photo although I have got my jio 1/2)

@ViCustomerCare Idea On the dates of17th September you closed our our sim 9993542070 while it is a corporate sim under the cug account number since 2016 After given uncounted phone calls and email but no positive solution found yet And always you replied on mail for the same

VI doing repeated cheating to the customer.last 4 mons they are sending me wrong bill, i have given repeated complain. After given compain to consumers forum they called me and assure me & I withdraw the compain but this time done the same thing.@PMOIndia @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @ConsumerReports I am frustrated with VI service and want to port to Jio but it's not allowing to send SMS for port. I need to recharge for Rs. 179 for just 1 SMS only. Kindly provide access for 1 SMS to me. I can't spend Rs. 179 for 1 SMS only.

@ViCustomerCare I went to the Malad west VI store near Liberty Garden today but again they have denied to take my documents stating that they will take my docs only when I convert my prepaid number in to postpaid They are forcing me to convert my prepaid connection in to postpaid. Kindly help.
