@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup i don’t receive proper network from Vodafone from so many months. Huge struggle on calls, Internet doesn’t work promptly. In this work from Höme conditions, it’s hard to rely on ur network. After using 15yrs, Will port soon if not resolved. 9985033009

@ViCustomerCare Hi, not receiving OTPs from Axis Bank, Indusind Bank, Delhivery for more than 1 day on Vi Delhi. Hdfc Bank and Amazon OTPs working. Have raised complaint. Please investigate. Note: Vi Kolkata seems to be not affected.

@ViCustomerCare I hv been trying to port since morning. Everytime I send the msg to 1900 I get the same response " Incorrect request, please send the request with correct format". This seems to be your shady attempt of not letting your customer go. Your network sucks

@ViCustomerCare I am fed up with your services. You cheat a customer by sending inflated bills and than your so called appellate waste more than 2 months to resolve my issue but I don’t have clear answers and on top of it now your collection team is pestering me for outstanding..

@ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidea has the worst network in India. I regret being it’s customer! Internet doesn’t seem to work in most parts of Kolkata! I’m simply waiting for the exhaustion of the recharge pack to port out. P.S I’m forced to use a WiFi to even write this tweet.
