    @ViCustomerCare Hi, I have activated My ISD from VI app but not able to make calls to UAE and dubai. IVR says your service is not active but VI app shoes its active. No is 8968411006. I think you have charged me in this bill for same which also need to reverse if not able to use the service.

    @ViCustomerCare I am here in your store for re verification of my number but to do verification I need to port my sim from prepaid to postpaid And I am here from last 1 hour and vi backend still processing my work and 1 more hour gonna take to do What a ****** service

    @VodafoneIN I’m raising a serious complaint about your network in Hyderabad. For YEARS, network has been pathetic in most areas. I have an unlimited 5G plan, but 5G rarely shows. It falls back to 4G, where internet DOESN’T work at all unless I recharge separately for 4G!

    @ViCustomerCare I have got postpaid number , wanted to convert it to prepaid. Your store at Bittan Market, Bhopal said that I could not change it in month end, come after 2nd of next month. Is it the much touted customer service?

    @VodaIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare My father, 86 years old cannot access your store. He requires service at home to migrate from postpaid to prepaid. Your store and customer care is saying there is no such provision. Is this your level of service for senior citizen?
