    I’m sure I’m not the first and sorry to say but companies like @ViCustomerCare should shut down shop if they can’t provide basic service to customers. My phone number has been down since 2 days and there is absolutely nobody doing anything about it. It’s a shame.

    @VodafoneIN any update regarding our issues lots of time only asking unpaid bill no proper answer with our number that we change for postpaid to prepaid and no update with your system and asking billing shame on you cheats with public

    @VodafoneIN tell total process for Stop you're SERVICE and immediately transfer our number to another company we didn't want such company like that's didn't update data and day to day asking unpaid Bill now you're sim at Gujarat we want change immediately

    @DoT_India @VodafoneIN this time with Bill pay give proper documentation with receipt and certified with we close your Vodafone services and never asking Bill for our number and immediately update your system

    @VodafoneIN if you want to discontinue your service in INDIA please declare so... Your service has been absolutely horrible..I have 4 users in my family.All of us have to try 4 times to get successful connection to a call.. abrupt call drops.. and not even 2G speeds on 4G devices

    @ViCustomerCare We have 5 Postpaid Connections,from the Day of Activation we complaint about Zero Peek Speed,4G network DROP,now it's WORST than Other Worst OPERATORS,WHY do U Show Fake Adds Giganet 4G It's Worst than 2G On Ground Reality ! Ur Network Engrs are Failed to Resolve

    @VodafoIndia @VodafoneIN they don't have any time boundaries.. I was I was forced to keep the call from customer service desk... It's called quality.. @Consumer2Court @ConsumerCourt_ @Dev_Fadnavis @consaff They don't have any option, request airtel to help me with some good plan

    @VodafoneIN Any call that I make or receive from my Vodafone mobile number gets disconnected automatically. I restarted my phone but issue remains the same. I have DM my mobile number.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI, Please fix the problem in my area. I get only 1 bar of network due to poor network condition. Place a new tower or fix the existing tower so that your users get better connectivity. Location:- KNOWLEDGE PARK 2, GREATER NOIDA.

    @ViCustomerCare I am not interested in listening to your lecture. That's my FNF to you I will port my SIM is only solution to save money till given time you keep going **** call data generator in your ghost system and recover your government loss from customers pocket.

    @ViCustomerCare The app is extremely slow and every recharge attempt is becoming a nightmare. Facing constant payment failures where money is deducted but recharge fails. Highly frustrated with this experience. Fix this and refund my pending amounts ASAP! DMed you the details @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, I would like to inform you that the network and internet issue with my corporate Vi SIM is still unresolved even after raising the concern earlier. Due to continuous call drops and poor internet connectivity, my field work and communication are getting affected regularly.
