My phone number has been down since 2 days and there is absolutely nobody doing anything about it. It’s a shame.

Your service has been absolutely horrible..I have 4 users in my family.All of us have to try 4 times to get successful connection to a call.. abrupt call drops.. and not even 2G speeds on 4G devices
