    @JamirAlem @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @reliancejio I won't argue with. I have been trying to make my Bangalore Vodafone number work in Kohima for the past week. No one at @VodafoneIN seems to be able to help fix this. I have already picked up a new Jio number which works well here. Now wondering what to do with the Voda number

    @VodafoneIN I received an sms from vn-vicare at 10:21 am that your request for SIM with ref no V0002258**** is registered. When I haven’t raised any kind of request post that my network is not there. I have called 199 also twice saying that I haven’t requested any new sim

    @BeniYanthan @VodafoneIN It's a waste of time to connect with the folks behind the Twitter account and customer care on the phone. The only thing that worked for me was to reach out to the corporate office.

    @TRAI @DoT_India @rsprasad @VodafoneIN horrible network in Kohima, Nagaland. Forget about using the internet for whatsapp, watching videos,downloading or a simple google search. I cannot even mak calls because of the hopeless service.Plz do something about it

    @ViCustomerCare You are also not less than fraud. Continuous Harrasment by continuous deduction of money from account for VAS we customers never requested.. even after sating you blacklisted my number from VAS the deduction continuous.

    @ViCustomerCare No, it was not feedback. I was explaining the issue. You did not even note the address where I am facing network problems. The call got disconnected because the network disappeared. And you did not show the courtesy to call back on my alternate num #VodafoneIdea

    @ViCustomerCare My number has been stopped due to re-KYC not done, but now I’m being forced to migrate to postpaid just for field verification. So prepaid users are not valued customers? Using Vi since 2013, now no service for 24+ hours despite payment. This is unfair.
