@TRAI @DoT_India @rsprasad @VodafoneIN horrible network in Kohima, Nagaland. Forget about using the internet for whatsapp, watching videos,downloading or a simple google search. I cannot even mak calls because of the hopeless service.Plz do something about it

My recharge validity ends today but I’m caught in a dilemma whether to recharge with an Unlimited Pack because of the shitty network here in Upper PWD, Kohima Nagaland. When I can’t even use 100mb a day #frustrated @VodafoneIN @TRAI @DoT_India @rsprasad

@ViCustomerCare I am also intending to switch using online services. Not sure how long it takes for your executive to arrive with a #SIM. Last time I tried to port in, the executive never came in despite repeated reminders and I had to visit the store and make double payment.

Bad network and totally rubbish internet speed got rid of today. The @ViCustomerCare card that I was using for the last 8 years was changed to @airtelindia. Good bye @VodafoneGroup never want to see you again just because of your poor service.

@ViCustomerCare I have no doubts on the global @VodafoneGroup brand but only that some of the circles' executives are kind of problematic which is the only setback in my terms. Otherwise #Vodafone is really a good network

@ViCustomerCare kindly don't do spam calls, choosing to port my number doesn't allow you to irritate your user. Thanks @TRAI the process to port is easy but the old telecom provider spam calls and msgs are making it terrible, please look at this problem @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir

Breaking news for all Vodafone Idea customers!! Be right below the server to get connectivity. That’s what told by the technician to me “Your home is 150mts away from the server location, that’s why there is a connectivity issue”. Wow, thank you @ViCustomerCare 4 letting me know.
