@pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

@ViCustomerCare If customer recharge his mobile 89 rs got main balance of 64 rs , what customer will do for main balance if they can't send atleast one outgoing SMS. This is totally waste of main balance.

@ViCustomerCare I have not received any solution for this since a week. Either refund so that I can recharge with another plan or credit the validity. Even after this your team do not respond, I will be taking up this with Telecom Ministry, TRAI, Consumer Helplines and lastly to consumer forum.
