@pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

@ViCustomerCare for a single sms to send i need to pay 179 Rs this is utter nonsense that VI in order to prevent its customers from porting to other networks has raised sms charges aggressively. @TRAI needs to look into this issue

@ViCustomerCare Don't say that "we don't want to loose you" it's dramatically word for VI care which is you use for every customer I have send my personal number to you in private massage for communication and you say that my number is inactive, which is active already

@ViCustomerCare Have to leave Vi as my problem not resolved after paying my regular bills for more than 6 months after last month bill found that 699 plan activated but it was not changed to original but 399 plan with less data so have to port out as previously getting corporate offer
