@pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

@ViCustomerCare Hello, my area has 4G network issue from last 2-3 days. Maximum time connected to 3G only. After network searching and select 4G it changes to 3G after 3-5 mins. Please resolve.

@ViCustomerCare I think it's now high time and after repeated complaints when the problem isn't resolved I think it is not concerned about its customer. so I am going to change all the five sim cards that my family members have of Vodafone by this weekend if it isn't resolved.

Hello @ViCustomerCare I recharged 699 yesterday with your app, it showed me that it is unsuccessful so I recharged again of the same amount. Now I see that both are activated on my phone and your customer care people tell me that "I should make the most of both at once" WTH!
