@pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

@ViCustomerCare I ordered a prepaid sim on 6th November and I was assured that it will be delivered to me on 7th November. Till date I have called the helpline number thrice and all they do is just inform the back end team. Horrible service by Vi.

@ViCustomerCare Hi, we facing network issue.Postpaid Sim Customer care suggest to change the sim card . We went VI store at Vidyanagar Hyderabad we are taking new SIM card still it was not at activated. Customer care also not responding property. We un happy with your services.
