    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare 5 trips to the store in a week, submitted whatever is been asked, still no service. IF you want us to give up on Vi just let us know. This is absolutely insane, no escalation point see the same faces and assurance of service restoring.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS I have not been able to make any calls since the past 15 days. Have raised multiple complaints but the issue hasn't been resolved till now. Can i get a response soon? If not then I'll just go ahead and port my number to airtel.
