    .@CCI_India @trai Please direct that #MobileNumberPortability Should either be done without having to send SMS, or that this SMS should be free. Otherwise, I am forced to spend Rs 129 merely for sending one single SMS to port away from @ViCustomerCare whose services are awful.

    @ViCustomerCare Very slow internet speed in 4G. Ported to VI Postpaid after knowing good speed but not satisfied. Complaint done 2 month ago but issue not resolved. Kindly resolve the issue or I have to switch to another service provider. Kindly help!!

    Sorry folks , the network & the internet is so bad and inconsistent that I am fed up of it. Network service provider in European countries are so good that hardly in the last 2 years , I have faced any issue. lot to learn @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I am not receiving messages on my number. Its been 30+ hrs i call customer care they say always wait for 4 hr technical issues.I am unable to login my bank exchange and many platform.Also app not working properly when i try to create complaint #vicustomercare
