    @ViCustomerCare problem remain unsolved.Executives giving excuses to escape from the discussion and problem remains unsolved. Finally paid the incorrect bill and now planning to port out to @reliancejio or @airtelindia Hope this time also vi does not care to retain the customers

    @ViCustomerCare Jio TV has all the sports channels except hot star and there is no channel on your VI TV. Why do customers recharge so expensively but you don't give us service?

    @ViCustomerCare what an inefficient batch of people. My internet has not been working properly, and your team says all you need to do is wait. I have connected with 3 people, and when after no resolution I told them that I shall escalate this, they were pretty cool with it.
