    @ViCustomerCare don't use vi as their 4G not available. India's one of the slowest network and give worst service in his/her customer. Customer care not accpet your call and that tine what u do u don't know your total recharge is wasted so think about features then buy vi

    @ViCustomerCare vi network Down from last two hours.internet is not working. at rajnagar pawdewadi Naka nanded. Tried to call 199 and 198 they are disconnecting the call.

    @ViCustomerCare there is a sudden net speed drop in my area from 20mbps(average) to less than 1 mbps . Please the problem asap. Othewise You Will Loose Many customers .

    @ViCustomerCare hello VI India, I want to port my number and its been a year, generated 20+ PORT req, never received the code to port. visited the stores also multiple times. they don't know anything, I don't know how you hire staff they even can't solve one query. WHAT TO DO ?

    @ViCustomerCare its a blunder for me i have get my airtel sim ported into VI this week. The networks are too poor and the speed of internet is just like a turtle walk.
