    @ViCustomerCare. I did transaction at vi store to convert postpaid to prepaid. Cleared upcoming bill in advance with one week extra as per agent. Bought prepaid sim with instructions for activation after postpaid gets turned off. This was 2nd September. Issue remains unresolved

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare There were was heavy rain in the vicinity 12 hours ago. Airtel and VI tower both went down. Surprisingly Airtel tower came back online within 30 mins and VI tower hasn't come yet. Still waiting. Shows the standard of the services.

    @ViCustomerCare, do you have any shame in literally bombarding customer for payment of 500rs. BEFORE due date with voice calls, agent follow ups, SMS and even auto reminders on my phone? please follow up only when I don't pay, otherwise don't bother me. #VodafoneIdea"

    So I cannot even send SMS for Port even though I have main balance disgusting. Your company should be closed. You are not even faithful to your own customers. You deserve the Share Market Price you guys have. It should fall even more. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Worst level of begging

    @ViCustomerCare Vi , you better shutdown completely . I'm very much disappointed , very poor net speed I'm getting since last 1-2 months , it's too much , i recharged for 4gb/day but hardly a gb is consumed , just because of the poorest net speed by vi !!

    @ViCustomerCare I’m sorry you guys just didn’t care enough. 24 hours is too big a window to sort out problems for an OTP without which I cannot make financial transactions . 🙄
