    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea has no interest to help. This is harassment and violation of basic human rights. Zero customer service.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea gives the same canned response. I am not even asking for reconnection of my service. I had paid the recharge amount when my incoming service was active. No reason for blocking the refund for a delay of missing the payment for few days.

    @Navoday14 @ViCustomerCare Yes, myself also observed the same problem at Upparapalli,Wardhannapet ,Pin Code 506310 since couple of months, provide a permanent solution of uninterrupted mobile network as soon as possible on priority.

    Worst internet speed from jio since 3 months. Done lot of complaints still issue not resolved. Better I will move to other network. @JioCare @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi this is the 2nd time it has happened to me. Some third party services are activated on my number and balance is deducted. Had I not complained this would have continued to happen. This is not the way service is provided to the customers.

    Vodafone executive commited that my issue will be resolved on 26th Nov 2021.. but today is 2nd Dec 21. Still issue not resolved... This is not acceptable poor service @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneProbs @VodafoneGroup
