    @ViCustomerCare I was not getting incoming calls as it was showing no service all the time and after 6-8 days I started getting incoming calls but know I am not getting 4g Network so I have to rely on 2g internet is that what you called naam ka unlimited nahi kaam ka unlimited??

    @ViCustomerCare Lulz, I didn't get any call - and if you couldn't get through, it means your network also sucks. Also, the supervisor I spoke with at ~ 2pm was to call back in *one hour*, not EOD.

    finally, it was committed that the issue will be solved by today 1:15 PM but still evening the problem is same, don't understand how come such an big company neglect the customers like this @rmstakkar @Vodafone_Ind @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I am your customer for 14 years, but to replace a lost sim you are asking me to run for days, multiple visits to your stores in different locations. No resolution even after Aadhar, PAN and submission. At least tell me what's going on!!
