  @ViCustomerCare I was not getting 4G connectivity for the last 4 days. Other VI connections are getting 4G in same area. Talk to customer care executives multiple times but it was all waste.Also changed sim but still same problem. I was using Vodafone for last 10 yrs now porting

  @ViCustomerCare worst inhuman behaviour by Vi. my grandma ws hospitalised for COVID n lost her mobile there, she’s still on O2 @ home n cant travel. Wen askd to giv us a duplicate SIM card with her Aadhar card they insist that the patient herself comes.

  @ViCustomerCare There has been some sort of short circuit on the network tower during bad weather, So Vi network has completely shut down since last 4 days at my hometown and nearby towns. Address-India, Maharashtra, Nagpur district rural, Pin-441210. Please, look into this.
