@ViCustomerCare our whole village is facing network problem from past 3-4 years.we got network only for 2-3 hours daily. There is no solution even after thousands of complaints. This is pathetic.

@ViCustomerCare please note that calls asking for initiation of dnd is coming and they are asking for an OTP. The number being used is +91 98911 50180. Please do the needful. Your customer care IVRS and app is useless for handling such issues. @AdityaBirlaGrp @rmstakkar

@ViCustomerCare @MyVi_VodaIdea Worst n fraud service ..always gets my postpaid higher ...my plan is 399...n everytime they add miscellaneous amt make it around 1000-2000 ..why? Why such frauds???.. n no way to complaint on there app...there app is full of non imp things.
