    @ViCustomerCare And during discussion i was informed that turn around time to solve this issue is 90 days. Should I leave my job for 90 days ??because i am working from home which is totally dependent on internet. #pathatic services @TRAI @JioCare

    @prasannajakate @ViCustomerCare Umm before that consumer forum would be the apt tribunal to enforce your rights for your experience in shortfall of service,you need not approach a civil court which has a much slower process,you can claim damages through consumer forum itself.

    @ViCustomerCare on what basis have you closed my services without any issues without informing me! During this lockdown I can’t even access make any payments or do any call. Worst service ever! I will port my number now! And also inform near ones to not go for Vodafone ever!

    @ViCustomerCare I ported my number frm Idea to vi for whch Niharika Rastogi working at your store took 80 rupes and on April 13 she gave m a nw SIM and said tht the SIM wil open on 15th bt after cling thm my nmber is blcklisted wrost service store addres stadium road bareilly up

    On the other hand @ViCustomerCare kept insisting that their network was fine & it was a temporary issue whereas my phone had no network. When I ported out of Vi, I got a call from executive asking me to cancel it & the call dropped in between& the conversation never happened.
