    @ViCustomerCare the internet service at Banasthali Vidyapith Niwai is pathetic , the internet is very sluggish , as a student i have to port if the issue isn't resolved on priority , i have shared my address and phone in dm . Solve my problem asap , very bad VI @BandBajaateRaho

    @ViCustomerCare VODAFONE has officially confirmed today that different teams within VODAFONE DONT SPEAK TO EACH OTHER. So they cannot help the customer and customer has to repeat the same problem 100 times to 100 different VODAFONE People who calls them (and dont resolve the problem)

    @ViCustomerCare terrible international roaming services, couldn’t make / receive voice calls during my week stay in the US, only WhatsApp. now same issue in Toronto. postpaid international roaming bill charges paid. Called & messaged customer care many times earlier,no success
