    Hey @ViCustomerCare, I haven't had any internet access since 9 PM last night. It's been almost 12 hours and the service is still down. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If this isn't resolved immediately, I will be forced to port my number to Jio. Fix this ASAP!

    Customers are paying full money just to suffer daily connectivity problems. Either fix the network permanently or clearly say you cannot, so people can switch to another network instead of getting frustrated every day. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I want to extend my safe Custody for another 6 months and the customer care is not allowing me to do so! They are ready to extend it one month at a time! That’s the most absurd rule of your company! Looks like you are happy in sucking the blood of your customers!

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial @TRAI even after almost ten days of new complaints vi is not taking seriously the network issue. It’s insane to use vi postpaid.
