    Whenever i have to call on any @airtelindia number from my @ViCustomerCare number, there might be cross connection or something else, god knows. I'm unable to convey my voice, while i can clearly hear the voice of other end. On few no. its regular issue,specific on my mom's no.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello respected Vi costomer care. Give resolution to my problem. I activated my caller tune at 49rs. Then I deactivated. But, my money refund was not done upto now. And I contacted customer care also their is no proper response.

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve been chasing VI since March 2022 my issue with VI is still not resolved and I’m getting bills every month even though my SIM is not active.
