    @ViCustomerCare port my no from jio to vi to experience good network but it showing no service on my iPhone and when I put it on my android it shows network but I’m unable to call someone or use the internet why?

    @ViCustomerCare Well the network in my area has been worse. The downloading starts and the network drops. Even with calls the network isnt stable at all as you ve seen from the pic provided by my friend who lives somewhere mearby my house.

    Great @ViCustomerCare 👏👏 Because of your network, I have to go to the big metro city Raipur to get my sim card port done today. After today I will never take Vodafone Idea SIM card and I want to request you all that you should never take Vodafone Idea SIM card.

    @ViCustomerCare The only reason I stuck with VI is the quality of service and reliabilty. Especially the #VIHeroUnlimited plans are so good for commoners like us.

    @ShamnadMT @ViCustomerCare Yeah i checked with my frnds everyone is having the same issue. I can understand the network issue but whts wrong with their customer care numbers no one is picking the call. They should at least show the decency to send a message or inform people about the network issue.
