    Hey @ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn I am Changing My network To Airtel Because Very Bad Network In My Area In Name Of 4g it is providing 2g or seems like no internet please solve my issue as soon as possible. Pincode-470115

    From past few weeks VI network in my locality is not working properly, the VoLTE get's disabled automatically , the network keeps fluctuating plus sometimes it doesn't work at all. The speeds outside are pathetic below 1mbps which makes us unable to use/do UPI @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Vikram, In the month of December I got 2 separate bills one for the primary number of INR 1033 and other for 813*****84 of INR 756. Ideally I should get only a bill as per my selected Vi plan. I have raised 2 requests in this regard with resolution.

    Converted my no from postpaid to prepaid .Minuscule amount of Rs 18 showed as pending, my number not functional for last 4 months. visitied vi cc Centre many times , no resolution till now. Totally disappointed, v poor service @ViCustomerCare
