From past few weeks VI network in my locality is not working properly, the VoLTE get's disabled automatically , the network keeps fluctuating plus sometimes it doesn't work at all. The speeds outside are pathetic below 1mbps which makes us unable to use/do UPI @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Hi Vikram, In the month of December I got 2 separate bills one for the primary number of INR 1033 and other for 813*****84 of INR 756. Ideally I should get only a bill as per my selected Vi plan. I have raised 2 requests in this regard with resolution.

Converted my no from postpaid to prepaid .Minuscule amount of Rs 18 showed as pending, my number not functional for last 4 months. visitied vi cc Centre many times , no resolution till now. Totally disappointed, v poor service @ViCustomerCare
