    @ViCustomerCare I have sent the number on which I'm facing the issue. Even after blacklisting the VAS, balance is getting deducted. Its getting out of hand.

    @ViCustomerCare , Vi data connectivity is worst of all network available in my office. After so many complaints no resolution provided. #VodafoneIdea #sucks

    @ViCustomerCare You are basically not helping in anyway. You are just deducting money based on services which the customer is not even aware of. Moreover, blacklisting or stopping the services is also not helping to stop deducting money from account.
