    @ViCustomerCare two days have passed and my phone has no network of @ViCustomerCare . all my important calls, messages have stopped. i hd complained on Vi app but issue still not resolved. please resolve it ASAP since it has created a lot of inconvenience for me in 2 days

    @ViCustomerCare worst experience ever with this sim. in the era of 4G , i am using H+ (3G) ,i have complained 2 times but nothing happened. i am not here for complain because i have not even a single percent trust on your support. my suggestion- if you can't give a better support

    So my Vodaphone-Idea sim stopped working. And a customer care executive from @ViCustomerCare said it will take 2 days to work. So guess I'm supposed to just stay unconnected till they work for 2days. Sums up why Vodaphone-Idea is losing customers. Porting immediately.

    @DoT_India I had registered a complaint KAR-V00743216022 with @ViCustomerCare on Dec 12th that while calling my mother's @airtelindia number, it says invalid number. Just now upon calling 198 today, Mr. Amit said that issue is at #Airtel end. Can you please get it resolved?
