@ViCustomerCare you are the best example of worst customer support. I am not getting coverage in my area and I have raised the concern several time but no one reached out to me and closes the case 4-129173281904. I think you should get acquired by Airtel or Jio.

@ViCustomerCare I have a pack of 2 GB / day for 54 days and today I finished my 2 GB data of today .Since I need more I recharged for 1 GB / day for 18 days so I can continue use of data today. But it is more than 2 hours and still my data balance is zero . Vi becoming worst

@ViCustomerCare I had 5 phone numbers, which I had deactivated in September 2021 but still I get payments every now and then. In December 2021 again I got a mail regarding failing of bill payment and now I have got a legal notice. I have paid everytime. Please help.
