@TRAI Dear TRAI, @ViCustomerCare Vi is looting customers forcing to recharge higher amounts to send SMS, even there is main balance & limited validity balance including valid service period. Minimum features should not get impacted for mobile users due to this worst network

@VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Do hell with ur network, receiving only 10% incoming calls rest 90% missing in air (calldrop). What u people r doing is disgusting. Ported my no 3 mths back frm Jio & nw regret my decision. Your network is worst, pls improve.

@ViCustomerCare I have contacted the customer care 199 and spoke t there at around 10.00 pm. He was not ready to escalate the call to the higher up. Today, 05-01-2022, at 12.26pm I spoke to your customer care executive was also not ready to escalate the call to managerial level.

(1/n) @ViCustomerCare I have done a recharge of Rs. 99 in my mobile no. Now if i want to send sms from my number,why I am unable to send?? Previously there were no issues,was able to send sms and the amount was deducted from my main balance.
