  My @ViCustomerCare sim is blocked. Customer care of VI is harassing me. Yesterday they told me if i convert my sim to postpaid, they will unblock the sim. Today they are asking me to convert two family sim to postpaid. If i don't they won't unblock my sim. Please help @TRAI

  @ViCustomerCare Hi, My girlfriend also not sending me DM. It is open complaint and it is not getting resolved from your side. You just lying in DM. Post your answer in public so everybody will come to know how Vodafone idea is treating their customers.

  @ViCustomerCare You mentioned in DM that you do not have provision to ask Income Tax Deptt. to extend the due date. Fair Enough. But surely you do have the provision to ensure proper internet service in my area. At the very least please get the internet connectivity in my area fixed asap.

  @ViCustomerCare Akash, I don't want your advice about my number. I have seen your DM, and it doesn't provide any solution. Kindly answer publicly instead of hiding behind DMs, so everyone can see how Vodafone Idea is treating its customers and misleading the public.
