@ViCustomerCare I ordered a prepaid (479 rs) sim online on 18th September. The order got cancelled on the same day. Haven't received my refund yet? Customer care everytime said sir just wait 24hrs ?

@ViCustomerCare we are 50 member having Vi connection network slow, internet slow. Sometimes 2g network comes in 4gplan, call drps in well famous crowded area of surat even though this issue is there waiting for resolution of problems still persists we all 50 member are planning to port to jio

India's most fuckall 4G network. It's been almost 24 hours. I'm not able to get 90% of the calls the issue isn't resolved yet. Is @ViCustomerCare going to cover the business losses I may end up having?! People aren't able to reach me. What the ******* hell is happening?
