  I am going to port my sim to Jio soon. Only 1 month of @ViCustomerCare recharge left. The reason why vodafone/ idea is going down is because of their useless service. Now it all makes sense. Been a loyal customer now I can't take it anymore. Thank you!

  @ViCustomerCare - Vodafone Customer Care - I have recently Recharge my number 9013628872 with the given plan but as on Date, I am not able to make normal or video Calls, neither do WhatsApp calls & chats & access internet too. This number is used by my Wife. Please Help.

  @ViCustomerCare today at 1814 I got sms that my request of subscription of 1 year Amazon prime service is activated whereas I never asked for it. I was told by customer care team tht I had word with Mr. Rahul Kamle at 1736hrs to activate. I think my data is being breached.

  @VodafoneIN_News @ViCustomerCare I have sent 3 emails for my concern and every time I got that you will send me comprehensive reply. Wonder what investigations in world you are doing to reply comprehensive report for simple issue. Can you improve your customer reply accordingly
