    @ViCustomerCare this is 4th tweet in 4 months reg. auto deduction of balance in name of games/VAS when both VAS & Flash service are expressly deactivated. Stop stealing money from own customers' balance #Vi_is_Chor my whole family is porting from Vi to other service providers.

    @ViCustomerCare you are such a fraud company you always cut my main balance in the name VAS.I never turn on my number then how can this is possible and this problem is not only with me I have seen this many vi customer who have vi sim you never refund money therefore I am porting

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I have been trying to connect on 199 and 198. It is migrating me from one place to another which is from automated tune anot from any person. Which is really shameful things. If you can't provide service directly, we are happy to give up on you.
