@ViCustomerCare has been making a fool out of me since the last 15 days making me call every day and providing wrong info on calls. I have paid for @PrimeVideoIN in my vi bill but team vi tells me it's on hold or gives some excuse as they aren't able to figure the issue out.

@ViCustomerCare Responded to multiple Vi personal calls and clearly communicated the voice call concerns, time of concerns, available time at home but nobody seems from vodafone to listen the customer voice and keep making their own statement and conclusion. Solution has not yet arrived

@ViCustomerCare I am fed up with interacting with ur chat support. A family bill of 778.11 (699) has been raised on my no whereas another bill of 470 has been raised on the 2nd no, which is supposed to be on the family plan as the add on no. U are charging me 3 times for 2 nos

@ViCustomerCare But this time, the customer care was very diasppointing. She went to talk to customer care and they didnot help her. She spend a lot of money to recharge for international roaming but its still not active on her number. The experience has been very frustrating

@ViCustomerCare Hello, My mother has been a very old customer of Vodafone. I am writing on her behalf. She has travelled to US to visit me and wanted to get international roaming on her number. Everytime in the past when she came to US, she was able to get the roaming.
