    @ViCustomerCare Got fall from you. As usual trying to put blame on customer. First you deactivated the sims. And then you forced to recharge. Try to fix it or I will go to consumer forum. I will wait for one week.

    @ViCustomerCare Our entire group of 45 people have Vi sims. All are affected. We had only 5 JIO sims but could manage with that. Learn from other companies how to maintain and operate the network. You have unilaterally stopped 3G and made people upgrade to 4G, which is also not reachable.
