@ViCustomerCare I got my prepaid number blocked yesterday because my phone was stolen with the SIM. I went today and got myself a replacement but the SIM has not yet activated - and gives the error the number does not exist. Can you please help?

@ViCustomerCare At the starting when I did the recharge, everything was ok..(not bad but not so good), but after a month and a half..it Couldn't get worse. I mean if u guys have some Fin crisis or Something. Just Ask people for donations! Indians are very kind they will donate.

@ViCustomerCare : Why don't you have a cusotmer care person to talk to? Data pack is not working. We've tried all the steps mentioned in your support article. You're Ivr is unhelpful and would like to talk to an agent.
