    Hi @ViCustomerCare can you please stop spamming a customer with 5-10 calls in a day to pay a bill which is due after 3-4 days. You guys have started spamming with calls for over 10 days now and despite repeated communications, you guys are disturbing me now. Happy to port out.

    Worst experience with @ViCustomerCare. Bought a esim using the Vi website paying INR 365.00 as initial recharge. E sim activation and recharge still pending. In app chat bot just waste. I tried calling to customer care using a new sim call never connects. ++

    @ViCustomerCare VI network at pin code 799101 is completely zero; I can't even use the last recharge I purchased. Instead of providing the UPC code, the customer care team keeps insisting that I recharge again. Only Vodafone can commit such blatant fraud. If you care, share UPC to port number.

    @ViCustomerCare Very very poor service, zero network at pin code 799101 and unable to even generate UPC to port the number. Customer care person is also very rude and unsupportive.

    t's 2026 and @ViCustomerCare still hasn't enabled RCS messaging support for iPhones in India. iOS 18 features are useless without proper carrier support. When will Vi users get this basic update? @VodafoneIdeaIN #RCS #Apple

    Hello @ViCustomerCare, My SIM has become active after Porting, but I am not receiving any OTPs or incoming verification messages. Also, it is showing “No Recharge” even though the retailer already completed the MNP process. Please check and resolve this issue ASAP.
