    There is heavy data and calling problem in @VodafoneIN network. Alternate voice calls at the time of call and Internet does not work at all. Also There is no network at all in the house.

    Please update when the permanent resolution will be given by you @Idea @idea_cares @VodafoneIN for mobile number 9911338555. I paid the advance rental till September 2021 but still my number is permanently deactivated. So I need the refund else issue the sim @DoT_India @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Afreen says “TAT for my earlier complaint is 1pm on 13th (today). So I should wait till 1 and if the complaint isn’t addressed, tweet again and they’ll take a fresh complaint and give me a fresh tat”. Is this even logical? It’s 48 hours already 😢.
