In the last 3 weeks @VodafoneIN has been switching on and off my outgoing and incoming calls without even informing me and I only get to know unless someone messages me stating my number isn't getting through. The customer care is tough to get a response from!!

Today had a horrific service experience at Vi (Vodafone Idea) Store - Shop 1/2 Raichura House, Borivali, Mumbai. Their executive Abhishek spoke very rudely, while excepting payment. Hope the CEO of Vi (India) make note & take action. @ViCustomerCare @KumarMBirla @JM_Scindia
