    @ViCustomerCare I’m unable to send / receive SMS since morning. It is quite disappointing at your part that I have faced the same issue in the month of April 2021 also, which got resolved after rigorous follow ups for more than a week.

His say 20 to 3p day waiting for, after waiting, his say again wait for few days, Complain close within 2 days

Second i expect a refund of the monthly bills I paid for the DATA as you are unable to provide me with the basic internet also... Such that not even getting the way out pay the bill, hence delayed!
