    @ViCustomerCare you guys have been one of the worst in the business. I complained about increase in promo calls on my no. Instead of solving it thru system intervention u asked me to talk to each such caller and then send the call details to you. I am receiving 50 calls daily.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare you said ownership cant be transferred if there's no blood relation .. however, the person, your Vodafone store executive, who advised me to "send any of your friend in mumbai to take your number so that it is blocked and not available to anybidy else, you can change the ownership from her later" - as a method to keep my 12 yrs old number with myself, after one unnecessary and non-notified deactivation, WAS WRONG ? WHY YOUR EXECUTIVES ARE NOT PROPERLY TRAINED ? WHY YOU ARE SAYING DIFFERENT FROM WHAT HE ADVISED ? WHY WILL A LOYAL 14YR OLD CUSTOMER SUFFER DUE TO YOUR EMPLOYEES MISGUIDANCE ?

    @airtelindia : your services sucks.. I am fed up with your prepaid services. Looking for an alternate now.. @reliancejio or @ViCustomerCare . Airtel has been looting me for weeks and there is no way to connect a human agent. IVR doesn't solve all issues.

    @ViCustomerCare no network at all from Pulivendula to Vempally around 30 kms stretch In YSR kadapa Dist . And after that again from vempally to KSRM engineering college approximately 35 kms again no network. What’s the use of using VI ??

    @ViCustomerCare you have stopped outgoing citing no kyc, your store staff at RajaRajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru area untrained and keeps asking to do kyc again and again stating problem with Vi it systems. It's disappointing experience.

    @ViCustomerCare It’s been 3+ days since I booked a VI SIM home delivery (16 May) and there is still no update or delivery. No response from home delivery support, and 198 is just redirecting without resolution. This is unacceptable service.

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service by your company. My sim card is on hold since 2 days bcz of some minor address error. Imagine if someone is in critical condition. Even after submitting adhar details you are still stopping services of customer. Will meet in consumer court
