    @SajalMi86549078 @ViCustomerCare Better you change to someother network bro, they charged 425₹ for 100Mbs data . They will do all this and above.

    @ViCustomerCare I got a call from VI registered no. For change of plan and I gave my request to change plan. I was told it will take 2 hrs. But my no. Is not in service now. It's been almost 7 hrs. My no. Is not working. Its postpaid no. How the hell you guys work?

    @ViCustomerCare @telicome I'm from Bihar, Gopalganj District, PO-Sidhwali.... I'm a researcher by profession. I have been stuck at my native place now doing work online, but the Network here is so pathetic that you can't imagine. My is in network dead zone. plz help

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, here my village Voipadi, Vijayamangalam railway station, Erode District - Pincode:638056 (Tamilnadu). 4g tower frequently switch off.Sometimes getting full signal.Sometimes no signal.unable to get internet. Please rectify the problem.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi is number one on stealing your money than any other network. They Took 425₹ for 100 Mbs data.

    @ViCustomerCare I have experienced a worst service and customer support at your network. After too many complaints, but still get no solution. All complaints are closed by ur side without any solution. You are the worst network in india. And elyou don't care about any problem of your customer.
