@ViCustomerCare Hi none of your othr ccare contcts seem to work.Last ditch to get my prpaid VI network workng again. There is no incomng call or sms on my phone for sevrl days. How do I get it fixed if I dont get an sms hence no OTP. Just endless email email game. No resolution.

@VodafoneIN I am a post paid customer for last 10 years I want to request you to add more data to packs it is insufficient or else the pre paid ones are winners why do we stay in postpaid ?? Also prepaid has unlimited data between 12 am to 6 am why not for postpaid.
