    Hello @ViCustomerCare, My SIM has become active after Porting, but I am not receiving any OTPs or incoming verification messages. Also, it is showing “No Recharge” even though the retailer already completed the MNP process. Please check and resolve this issue ASAP.

    I'm facing denial of network connection by @ViCustomerCare since 36 hours and they are unable to diagnose the same. They want me to wait 72 hours. They say there's a network latching issue with my number. I'm fortunate that I'm at home and office, otherwise!
