@ViCustomerCare due to your staff negligence my 2 postpaid numbers are barred and i have broken the sims in front of your staff. Because i cant visit the store and talk to customer care many times for one simple thing that can be done in one visit.

@ViCustomerCare sales team puts so much brain in coming up with schemes to dupe customers by forcing & lying to them about "upgrade to 4G" only to change their plan to a more expensive one. VI has been doing scams in India way before it became cool. Altrnate name fr Vi- **** Inc.
