@vicustomercare pathetic service. It a a crime to use Vodafone eSIM. Why I can’t switch eSIM to a new phone when I am travelling internationally. There has to be a way other than SMS to 199. Is it short sightedness. Should have ported to @reliancejio

@ViCustomerCare never use vi sim becouse service is very poor and they do not help to the custmores i am facing to much problems after put prepaid sim to in postpaid i havent recived verification call and agent bh (vi) they just hars to the custmers from 1 week thy jst rsng trqs
