    @ViCustomerCare I get to the VI store, They said that we are unable to convert postpaid to prepaid because our backend Excutives are not working in pendamic. I mean literary is that true? I will never pay any bill sir because if when i want to go in postpaid then you have homedelivery (1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare Request you to please convert this to prepaid 7379978816 . Called multiple times on customer care and they are saying go to store. It is not possible in lockdown. Already cleared bill.

    @ViCustomerCare I have mailed you with detailed story of a mini store manager cheated me by giving postpaid sim, when I asked for prepaid. Though customer care shared resolution to the store manager he didn’t responded till now. This is how you want to get on ?? @nch14404

    @ViCustomerCare I called 198 to talk to customer care but all I got was a Thank you for calling us and the line was dead... Then i get a message from VI with a link to open their useless app... Pathetic.. no wonder why @reliancejio is No. 1

    I want to ask the telecom companies that every SIM holder is Their custmer but if he wrongly recharged with other data pack ,there will be no option to cancel the recharge. How it can be satisfactory custmer service,I think it is" Dadagiri ".@JioCare @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia
