@ViCustomerCare I have Benn customer of Vodafone since last 11 years it was initially serving good but gradually network is down and support team always saying the same thing but no improvement after 1 year .Nearest serving site OR_INSC01 is soo down PIN-758001

Hello @ViCustomerCare Your network is not stable, it works for a minute and then don't work for the next. I have done all tactics like restarting my phone, reinserting the sim, all I'm vain.

@ViCustomerCare Hi, so I got a message about ten minutes back that my request to enable caller tunes has been processed and a song has been set, and my balance has reduced as result. I never requested for caller tunes to be enabled.

@ViCustomerCare Over 36 hours that I shared details as requested over DM but there is no resolution to the matter @rmstakkar your intervention required to resolve the issue. Multiple reps are sending same old canned response that matter is escalated will get an update soon.
