I was then charged as per the Always On Feature on my secondary number which I reported promptly to support. My due date is tomorrow & the case is still open. Please assist urgently @TRAI

I have visited South Bopal branch and a lady VI representative confirm only post paid option by VI for port. I have to take. this is highly unprofessional Why such unethical product sell?
