    Worst Service Provided By @VodafoneIN . First They'll Activate Flash Messages Service on our number then they'll deduct our balance continuously without informing the users. Then I'll call customer support for my balance refund they'll said sorry we cannot refund your service (1)

    @ViCustomerCare also there is no way to track the detailed report of my complaint request. I can only see the request is open or closed. I can't see what is the resolution like what your network team done for my issue and why this issue happened.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Vicky, Repeating for the 100th time, I’ve tried the steps mentioned about 20 times now, but I’m unable to move past the 6th point - answer the auto generated call. Not sure if it’s the usual Vodafone network error or what. I’ve DM’d the screenshot for reference. Please check.

    @ViCustomerCare I paid my all outstanding bill in 12/11/2021 and got confirmation that next 4hours my No 8879040444 will be activated but not happen. I talking everyday to customer care and visited many times to VI outlet but they are unable to activate my no. Why not I port it
