Worst Service Provided By @VodafoneIN . First They'll Activate Flash Messages Service on our number then they'll deduct our balance continuously without informing the users. Then I'll call customer support for my balance refund they'll said sorry we cannot refund your service (1)

@ViCustomerCare Hi, been facing network issues in my area since 2 hours. It's raining & have noticed that usually during rains this issues crops up in this area. Am near Muthialpet area Kottakuppam, Pondicherry. Haven't been able to contact customer care too. Pls look into it

@ViCustomerCare Pathetic service. Out of coverage or not reachable message to whoever is trying to call. VI app doesn't let me raise complaint. Customer care asks stupid question like "sir this call connected in first attempt so there shouldn't be any issue? " #vodafone

@ViCustomerCare Hi! Our Network engineers worked hard to resolve your complaint no. 3-120675543370, but haven't been able to do so. Whenever I raised port request, support team give false assurance to fix issue and then get this resolution. Paying for poor service
