    Worst Service Provided By @VodafoneIN . First They'll Activate Flash Messages Service on our number then they'll deduct our balance continuously without informing the users. Then I'll call customer support for my balance refund they'll said sorry we cannot refund your service (1)

    @ViCustomerCare The internet service are pathetic they don't work at all ,have raised multiple complaints on VI Mobile app but it has not been resolved yet, porting to another network .

    @ViCustomerCare Getting response from your customer care like : We observed sufficient 2G and poor quality issue 4G during visit. · Further quality enhancement is not feasible through site optimization as location is located on 11th floor. Means we should not buy higher floor offices.

    @ViCustomerCare - Have Ported Out of your network because of pathetic service. I have received more than 30 calls in 18 hours asking me to stay. This is getting out of hand. If I receive even 1 more call, I will complain to consumer court against you for harassing customers.

    @ViCustomerCare I have got a call just now from 086174 37202 and the person disconnected the call without listening the issue . What kind of cheating you people are doing. If people wants to port out than alsk you are not letting them go and giving false commitment also
