    Worst Service Provided By @VodafoneIN . First They'll Activate Flash Messages Service on our number then they'll deduct our balance continuously without informing the users. Then I'll call customer support for my balance refund they'll said sorry we cannot refund your service (1)

    @ViCustomerCare I've read that, but my question was: Why wasn't it permitted for prepaid customers? I see that other service providers, such as @airtelnews @reliancejio , are permitting!

    @NarvijayYadav @ViCustomerCare Vi s today the worst service provider! Even my sister suffered the same issue. Her balance was about 120 Rs & within a period of 5-6 months she was left with Rs 10 despite using Unlimited plan. She kept calling the customer care but all efforts in vain!

    @ViCustomerCare I already spoke to the billing department and customer service with ref# C004-132731413825 so, I don't know what additional details you need, You can listen to the call recording. Its surprising that your finance department is able to call asking for bill payment but you are not

    @ViCustomerCare Very worst reply from your customer care executive.. i can't use my main balance for sms.. and there is no proper response from you .. Just I kept port request..i am ordering you guys to don't call me again to my number. I am going to be no more of your customer.
