@VodafoneIN Thanks. But I doubt there will be any improvement. The Service providers (All) have played a joke on Indian public & in reality they never gave the Actual 4G speed in India. But it is worse (at least in our Area) than ever before. We are getting 2G speed.

Hello @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Today I Booked 2 postpaid sim on your website , my booking was confirmed but your nearest vi store refused to deliver my sim & force me to cancel the booking ..I will try to connect your customer support but no one respond my call.

Unfortunately my VI SIM card got broken .My this no. is from Karnataka circle and currently I am present in M.P.. I talked to Vodafone Help and they are asking me to visit Karnataka for SIM replacement. @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia @mangalam99

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneUK what's the point in asking customer to update app every now n then. Irrespective of whether app if updated or not you show incorrect data. What kind of people work in your IT team that they are leaking such issues to production.
