@VodafoneIN Thanks. But I doubt there will be any improvement. The Service providers (All) have played a joke on Indian public & in reality they never gave the Actual 4G speed in India. But it is worse (at least in our Area) than ever before. We are getting 2G speed.

@ViCustomerCare I went to Vi Store for replacement of my old !dea Sim. I got the replacement Sim by completing all formalities. But problem is that my new replaced Vi Sim is still not working. Old !dea is still working. Please look into this matter. My number is 9639779024.

@ViCustomerCare Since 2 to 3 days I am not able to use Vi internet.even today my internet is not working. Also, just had a call with VI agent and it's very bed experience I have ever seen. Now I am planning to port my number to other operator. Thanks you.

@ViCustomerCare There is absolutely no concern about the customer's concerns it seems. Nobody has even bothered to contact me. Nor I'm getting any satisfactory responses from the customer service. It's time to switch now. Thanks Vodafone for last so many years. Loyalty has no value. Bye forever
