@ArpitPanchani @Idea @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we all customers are loosing money there is no network connectivity for more than last 2M still Airtel is changing money in our territory. It's a kind of loot. And on asking ZSM has asked to PORT nos. Even ZBM is backing him. #ShameonAIRTEL

@ViCustomerCare I have ported my sim to vi but still it is not yet ported having no network went to store many times still no resolution my decision to switch to vi was wrong since it is my primary sim unable to use net banking also felling pathetic about vi service.

@ViCustomerCare I have not seen such a bad network till date, like Vodafone's. When people are talking about 5G, it has also failed to give 4G properly. My house is on the top floor and there is no such structure around that would hinder the network, yet 2G network comes.

@ViCustomerCare I have already shared detail mail to Aapellate team however no action yet. I have purchased postpaid connection from your website which is yet not activated even after 6 days of time. This is really Poor and Lethargic approach of Customer Service team.!

@ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 not only you’ll have terrible network but very disappointing customer service. My new sim has been installed since 12 hrs and not working, customer care refuse to help on grounds of lack of documentation aftr all has been submitted
