@ArpitPanchani @Idea @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we all customers are loosing money there is no network connectivity for more than last 2M still Airtel is changing money in our territory. It's a kind of loot. And on asking ZSM has asked to PORT nos. Even ZBM is backing him. #ShameonAIRTEL

@ViCustomerCare I’ve been trying to know info on moving my phone to prepaid & ur customer care is just not providing it. Am I not in my rights to opt for prepaid? They are asking me to visit your store? In that case I would rather move to another service provider.

@ViCustomerCare worst services ever. I travelled to abroad last month and recharged with international pack of Rs 1495 which didn’t work there. I have been chasing vi customer support and appellate team for refund in original mode but no resolution has been provided yet.

@ViCustomerCare Thanks. But I still don’t understand. Why one set of numbers on one family plan is facing the issue. My son is on a separate family plan and his works fine. 24 hours is a long time for it not to be sorted. And what is the issue? Why no transparency?? @AdityaBirlaGrp
