@ArpitPanchani @Idea @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we all customers are loosing money there is no network connectivity for more than last 2M still Airtel is changing money in our territory. It's a kind of loot. And on asking ZSM has asked to PORT nos. Even ZBM is backing him. #ShameonAIRTEL

@ViCustomerCare Thank you Karishma for your help. The issue is now resolved. I wish the solution were implemented earlier. Request you to arrange for necessary education for the customer service team so that they provide proper resolution to our issues and help save time and effort for everyone.

@ViCustomerCare I recharged my number today with Rs 79 on idea network which says unlimited calls at all networks for 10 days and I m still unable to make calls at any number. Kindly look into this matter asap.
