@ViCustomerCare @ZEE5Premium While on call the internet disconnects. I made requests and complaints but vodafone service did not understand my problem. They are lack of language. I described with screenshots. Still my issue didn't resolve.

@ViCustomerCare @Vodafone_Ind My wife & I have Vi numbers. I happened to call customer care with difficulty and when I was having conversation with agent, he brutally went silent in the middle when I asked question and then disconnected. What a disgust!! Thanks to MNP.

@ViCustomerCare Is your 4G signal dummy? If so, pls refund all charges taken from consumers related to "data/Internet". Maybe only a class action suit will wake up VI management to take note.

@ViCustomerCare very disappointing and pathetic service from Vodafone idea(Vi). Just wanted to upgrade 3G sim to 4G sim,(Delhi) went to Vi store, tried more than 20 times sending message to 55199, but every time it failed with unable to process message.Even called 199but no use.

Dear @ViCustomerCare - I ported my number from ur service to @airtelindia on May 9, 2022. At the time of porting I cleared all my pending bills. Now ur people are harassing me for more money. Pls ask ur people not to do that. Otherwise, I'll be compelled to take legal action.
