    @ViCustomerCare @ZEE5Premium While on call the internet disconnects. I made requests and complaints but vodafone service did not understand my problem. They are lack of language. I described with screenshots. Still my issue didn't resolve.

    @ViCustomerCare I will escalate it through the Vi Appellate Authority, Department of Telecommunications/CPGRAMS and appropriate consumer grievance authorities, along with all bills, screenshots, complaint references and your responses as evidence.

    Finally got my deactivated number back! 🙌 @JioCare couldn’t help me while I was abroad. One email to @ViCustomerCare and they guided me through the process and helped me get my number back. Great service by Vi. Very disappointing support from Jio. Never porting to Jio again!

    Dear @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my Vi mobile number 86818851**. I did not recharge the SIM for around 40 days. After that, the SIM was activated, but now when I try to recharge, the available plans are showing as “Invalid”.

    @ViCustomerCare This is extremely disappointing service. You have blocked services without any prior intimation or notification. Neither calls nor messages are working, leaving me completely disconnected. Please look into this issue and restore my services ASAP
