  @ViCustomerCare @ZEE5Premium While on call the internet disconnects. I made requests and complaints but vodafone service did not understand my problem. They are lack of language. I described with screenshots. Still my issue didn't resolve.

  @ViCustomerCare this is very frustrating abt Vodafone Mayur Vihar phase 1 Delhi store that untrained staff's foolishness n attitude n customer is left for visiting store again n again like govt dept, neither nodal nor appellate team serious abt it for years.

  @ViCustomerCare I have ported to Vi from jio , and the seller promised 365rs FRC but after activation calling someone says your sim is not activated and recharge to activate , incoming call work but incoming SMS and outgoing SMS doesn't work..
