@ViCustomerCare @ZEE5Premium While on call the internet disconnects. I made requests and complaints but vodafone service did not understand my problem. They are lack of language. I described with screenshots. Still my issue didn't resolve.

@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @VodafoneGroup I changed my plan from ₹499 to ₹399. I used to get bill amount of approx ₹590 every month for my ₹599 tariff. Now after downgrading the plan to ₹499 I got bill of ₹612 Can this **** be explained?
