    @ViCustomerCare @ZEE5Premium While on call the internet disconnects. I made requests and complaints but vodafone service did not understand my problem. They are lack of language. I described with screenshots. Still my issue didn't resolve.

    @ViCustomerCare Don't buy vi or port to other network. Their customer support system very bad. Didn't satisfy from vi customer support system. They didn't solve my issue.

    @ViCustomerCare 3 days and you are unable to resolve a complaint for no incoming outgoing SMSes. any other service provider would resolve this in few hours. this for a longtime customer!!

    Paid my Vodafone Idea postpaid bill but still no network on 7311152557. Payment successful since yesterday but service not restored. Very poor service. Please resolve urgently. @ViCustomerCare
