    @ViCustomerCare @ZEE5Premium While on call the internet disconnects. I made requests and complaints but vodafone service did not understand my problem. They are lack of language. I described with screenshots. Still my issue didn't resolve.

    @ViCustomerCare What is procedure to resolve complainant. I have lodged complainant 4-115079093277, got resolve message, but still my grievances not resolved. Even VI has closed without any resolution and an Chat making big big promise @DoT_India @rsprasad
