@ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn My SIM card is showing "No service" from almost a year now. I've raised multiple complaints and paid bills for offline SIM of more than ₹10k. Every time I get a new SIM card saying it'll be activated within a few days.

Hello @ViCustomerCare , My Vodafone number got deactivated last Thursday by DoT. I visited Vi Store near me on May 30,2022 to activate it again. But it is still deactivated. I don't know how to escalate my problem. Could you help me?

@ViCustomerCare my esim got deleted accidentally on 29th May 2022. Immediately on 30th of may I got the physical replacement sim from vi store. But the sim never got activated. I was told by the store people to submit the documents which I have given on 31st may itself.

@ViCustomerCare even after that the sim is yet to be activated. Nobody can reach me nor I can do any transactions as this is my registered no. Pathetic response from the customer care, store people. I don’t know whether the no will be activated at all.

@ayush2350 @ViCustomerCare @Deepaksunia We Just 15 dayback ported to VI, and have issues of Network, Call Drop, Voice Break, No Response from VI, only Marketing teams are calling for New Connection,, not Supporting for Service, We Wish to Complain to TRAI,for Strong Action against VI.
