    @ViCustomerCare @ZEE5Premium While on call the internet disconnects. I made requests and complaints but vodafone service did not understand my problem. They are lack of language. I described with screenshots. Still my issue didn't resolve.

    @ViCustomerCare customer since 2007 started with idea now vi but things are getting ugly as biggest network of country doesn't care any more for their customers. With fastest network you can't call any bsnl landline number which is just a basic requirement for any user.

    Also I am paying for my primary number every month on month! Either you Make sure what your customer executive promised or Clear the dues so I can switch to Better Service provider! @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI VI has disabled sms facility particularly on 1900 so customer can't get port code to port out to other company.aftrany complain they ppl not responding.very disappointing.

    @ViCustomerCare Are you guys going to resolve my issue or not let me know? I guess I have already completed 3 months and I am regretting to chose you now I think I should port out bcz I am not getting from you guys.
