    @ViCustomerCare @carcrazysurgeon Hey, Why my network is giving worst avg speed. its like gives 1-2 mbps for few seconds then 0 secs for next 10-15 seconds. getting in and out of zoom meetings every 2 minutes also did hotspot for my bro and he said something like this, gets ping of 50 and goes to 999 in seconds.

    @ViCustomerCare I have mailed to your customer care on 25 march regarding Internet speed issue till date it is not resolved yet. After so many follow ups there is no proper response from your end.

    @ViCustomerCare on short trip to UK and my mobile not catching tower. IR is activated. I have tried all options but no success. My number is of India NE circle. Please help. Really Horrible and facing lots of issues due to this in terms of receiving OTP’s for various activities.

    @ViCustomerCare Internet service of vi at mayna(732124) is far lower than any other service provider. Internet speed given by vi at mayna is ridiculous. It should be rechecked for the good of customer as well as the reputation of vi

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIN Vodafone tower at our locality has been getting shut down frequently at an interval of 10 to 15 minutes, already sent my location pin code, alternate number via DM. Still now no action has been taken, if the situation continues then I have to port out.
