@ViCustomerCare Tried to contact Appellate authority of Vi. The reply was that since the complaint has not been 30 days old so nothing can be done. How absurd it can get.. means i have to suffer harassment and humiliation for 30 days before appellate authority will take notice.

@ViCustomerCare you have again charged Rs 50 late fine in my bill. Please adjust it in the next bill, I have made the total payment as of now. I am a long term customer, you cannot do this everytime. I should change to pre paid it seems.
