@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I had a good Vodafone RM who sorted all issues. Their corporate team is good. Airtel has worse service. With Jio most of the things work through the app so you never have to call them. Move to Jio. It is the best service.

@ViCustomerCare is this some kind of joke that I can't send a SMS until I recharge my number with at least ₹128. What if I've to send just a msg regarding some bank service. I'll have to spend at least 128 just for a msg. Why its not included with other unlimited packs like 49??

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I faced the same issue with Jio. I don't think we can generalize for a particular company. Depends on case to case. We cannot generalize for the company that serves 26 cr customers on the wrong doing of some specific few sales associates
