    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup worst customer service ever. My sim has not worked in 4 months and there has been no help. Telling me to visit a store when there is a pandemic raging. DMs have also been of no use. Only people who call are collection people because I refuse to pay

    @ViCustomerCare Worst service one can ever anticipate. I have been following up to resolve my flash pop up issue for more than a week now. If I raise a complain, you guys close the complain without resolving my issue and ask me to raise another complain. That is what is going on...
