    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial I recently replaced my postpaid SIM as advised by customer care, but was charged a fee for the replacement. Most operators offer this service free of cost. Kindly waive these extra charges as a goodwill gesture for your loyal customers. Thank you

    @ViCustomerCare Sent all the information in DM but problem yet not solved. Needless to mention here that the tweet was the last option left with me. Facing issues from the last 15 to 20 days and that was merely of documents and sim activation. What kind of back office do you have ?
