    @ViCustomerCare Not appropriated service, I have lost my Idea sim card, want new one they (VI center) forcefully you are going to shift into the Postpaid. Why???? You guys did the venture where is my fault. I don't want spend 500Rs monthly postpaid charges. #Notmyfault

    @ViCustomerCare customer care executive call and tells me your problem is solved. but i am still not receiving incoming when volte is on. i need to turn off volte, and than only i receive incoming call on 2g in my home address i. e Samelpada, Nallasopara west 401203

    @ViCustomerCare How to upgrade AADHAR through online or IVR. I am out of my CIRCLE, but received SMS that service will be stopped. But 14546 IVR is not working. HELP!!!! I am using my number last 16 years.
