    @ViCustomerCare Why only Patna has been 5G services in Bihar Jharkhand Circle, Connectivity is also poor in semi urban and rural areas. Can we have 5G launch in other prominent cities like Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Gaya, Bhagalpur, Darbhanga and Dhanbad in 2026.

    @ViCustomerCare hello why is it so tough to connect with a agent? There are no Vi stores in my area and I have an emergency issue but no way to speak to customer executive.

    @ViCustomerCare Yes I will go with vi soon ,if my problem will not fixed by BSNL ,by the way I am already using vi it's network is tremendous but only one thing missing in my area that is 5g , place motihari 845402
