@ViCustomerCare Had a chat with executive. They said due to sum technical issue I hav to replace my sim. I did d same. So on the new replaced sim, I got d network @ 2pm n then @ 5pm, the network went out. I shows insert sim on all the phones in which I insert sim. Wat shud I do?

@ViCustomerCare I have raised a network and SMS regarding issue 15 days back and it has not been resolved and ticket got closed. Can you check. It’s getting really frustrating now the network is real bad.
