    @ViCustomerCare have been forced to port in another network for such a lower service. I called customer care they said problem has been resolved chcek out but still I am facing same problem. It's really frustrating while using VI NETWORK I have to port in Airtel now.

    Then these guys complain against Jio and Airtel for capturing the market, and cry against duopoly. I pay more for Vi, and don't even get 10% of service compared to what the competitors provide. @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia

    @ViCustomerCare This is really upsetting now... waiting since last 3 days without any solution. Let me know if you cannot fix my caller tune issue. I will atleast port out to a provider who can fix it.
