@ViCustomerCare Stupidest customer care I have ever seen. Even after explaining n number of times complaint is again closed without any confirmation from me. Problem is still there. WHY ARE YOU RESOLVING COMPLAINT WITHOUT CONFIRMATION? How many times I have to tell you?

@ViCustomerCare If you don't want your customer to use your sim the please let us know we will be happy to port to some other network. Applied for postpaid sim and it is canceled witout any reason.
