    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I had surrendered by SIM card to the VI store at Prabhadevi Mumbai more than a month ago. Paid all the outstanding amount at the store itself. Then I started getting calls from the customer retention team and now I get calls from the collections team.

    @ViCustomerCare What an irony this is that if you have enough balance to send a message to use the banking services but you need to do a recharge of min ₹128 to send a message because VI doesn’t have sms service for balance less than ₹100. This is pathetic. Will port out soon.
