@ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Urgent help for action again Vi: I was getting spam SMS and calls despite DND since 2019. I again applied for FULL DND on March 28, 2022 but am getting even MORE spam calls and SMS now! Vi only asks details of numbers from which I get calls but is not doing anything.

@ViCustomerCare Sorry to say that I am not satisfied with your service bcs within a month facing the same problem. My number deactivated,called customer care but no response then visited franchise.Reissued the same number but problem not yet resolve.Meaasge says use post paid.
