    @ViCustomerCare From last 6th month the internet is working worst. Nobody can resolve the problem the customer care guys are use less and the store guys are also help less. The vodafone company only wants your money not interested to give you good service.

    Very Frustrated with #Vi now. Got one prepaid and one postpaid number of @ViCustomerCare and from last few weeks internet speed is capped and limited to 2mbps on both whereas it works fine for other users. Stuck with their CustCare service request loops which is hopeless. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Today your executive called me and told that my area has week inside network and a new tower installation required in my area as i am 1 km away from nearest tower,and filhaal their is no plan to correct network prblm at my area. So it is confirm that you will not resolve my prblm

    @ViCustomerCare Why so much DRAMAS on name of internet speed when you have no intention to fix it instead of wasting time by sending Engineer even he agreed that speed EXTREMELY low and within few hours closed the ticket STOP DRAMA AND FIX ISSUE

    @ViCustomerCare 150 gb data is a myth. After so many complaints I am not getting 150gb data from date of activation till now after 15 day's. I will definitely port to another provider after lock in period... Thanks vi for such as good customer experience 😠😠😠
