    @ViCustomerCare Stupidest customer care I have ever seen. Even after explaining n number of times complaint is again closed without any confirmation from me. Problem is still there. WHY ARE YOU RESOLVING COMPLAINT WITHOUT CONFIRMATION? How many times I have to tell you?

    @ViCustomerCare If you don't want your customer to use your sim the please let us know we will be happy to port to some other network. Applied for postpaid sim and it is canceled witout any reason.

    @ViCustomerCare I am sick and tired of this pointless exercise that I have to undertake to deal with issues which I haven't created. I currently have 3 numbers in a family plan with Vi. Please help me port them so I can be out it Vi and ask you to block my email address on your servers.

    @ViCustomerCare what about my complaint reg express ludo game on vi app still no action frm u r side it's seems u r not interested in solving u r customers problem it's a totally fix & setting game if u can't remove it than tell me I m taking legal action already I had lost point
