    @ViCustomerCare no wonder you guys are running into losses with customers leaving for better networks, your stupid customer support and auto replies are the reason. Since last 6 months I am using 2g services and unable to replace it with a 4g sim sent by you!!!!!!!

    @ViCustomerCare need your urgent support. My number was forwarding calls to a jio number. However I am unable to disable it now. I tried the settings but it's not working. Call to customer care is not working can you plz help?
