    @ViCustomerCare I had port three VI number in JIO, because of poor connectivity. Now I have three others VI working Post-Paid connection. If there is no improvement in VI network, will definitely Port remains Three connection.

    If @VodafoneIN you want extra Money, please tell us.. We would like pay you.. But please don't deduct money from customer's balance.. You should taken some steps against your employees, who can't resolve the problem of customer..

    @ViCustomerCare Main tumlogo ke service se bahut hi pareshan ho chuka hoon. Mere number par na internet chal raha hai aur na hi calls (incoming ya outgoing) properly ho rahi hain. OTP tak receive nahi ho raha, jo ki basic service hai.

    @ViCustomerCare my 76 YO aunt was forced to port her airtel prepaid to VI. And take a family plan 701. She was taking back her deceased husband's number as a remembrance. The vi store at nalasopara west didnt inform her about the 451 plan. Is this how VI is happy to help?

    @ViCustomerCare always very delay service notwithstanding to commitment given. I can’t port now as I have only 2 days including today to expiry of validity. Porting takes 4 days to get active how can I manage 2 days without phone service.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been a postpaid subscriber for 12 years. I have just been auto subscribed to the Movies and TV service, for which there is no opt out mechanism on your app. Since this is a clear case of fraud, I'm requesting @TRAI to intervene and stop this dark pattern.
