    @VodafoneIN I have tried to raise complain on app, but it’s not even assigned to any engineer till now. I understand that you are operating with less number of employees, but you should have enough staff to address the issue. And now a days internet is essential thing.

    If @VodafoneIN you want extra Money, please tell us.. We would like pay you.. But please don't deduct money from customer's balance.. You should taken some steps against your employees, who can't resolve the problem of customer..

    @ViCustomerCare and you are asking me to go to a Vi centre to fix this and do re verification really. I have never seen any network doing this even after having plans in active who gave you the rights to disconnect my calling this is terrible. No wonder you are losing customer.

    @yabhishekhd @airtelindia and @ViCustomerCare operators are already doing something like this. I tested it myself with the same device, network, and location, just switching between different plans. Postpaid versus prepaid showed a huge difference in internet speed.

    @ViCustomerCare you have stopped outgoing citing no kyc, your store staff at RajaRajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru area untrained and keeps asking to do kyc again and again stating problem with Vi it systems. It's disappointing experience.
