    @ViCustomerCare Since one year everytime when our area people complains, your giving excuse as capacity will be enhanced in three months but nothing done yet. Can we have productive action in this regard, what is the point of 4G or 5G Without having single signal. I will DM again the contact

    @ViCustomerCare Vi team the network issues are not resolved yet. As concurrred all feedback were given in DM for our area issues but no solution yet. I am not sure your team did health check thalippadam tower, because no any improvements yet. there is another near by tower in kalkkulam
