    Pathetic service at @ViCustomerCare with drastically awful network,inspite of several complaints and several calls nothing .. seems like the aim is to build unsatisfied customers base that’s what seems like the priority.

    Such a great internet service I'm getting from @Airtel_Presence & @ViCustomerCare at my home town,just get the money ,give the speed but who ******* cares about ping or stability🤦I mean I'm just done with you guys,in the era where 5g is coming,you can't even provide stable 4g

    17 yrs!! (2yrs as Prepaid & 15 yrs as postpaid customer) saw d transition frm Hutch to vodafone to Vi and it all took just a few days for d @ViCustomerCare make me feel miserable.Tnq 4 d sarcastic,callous & pathetic customer service.Porting out bcoz u.🙏🏽🙏🏽
