@ViCustomerCare - A pending issue of intl. roaming which took about 15 days to be solved. During this process,was asked to send text, CALL on my number from your side and spent 1500 INR during this. I was assured by your exec that I would get a refund. URGENT ATTENTION REQUIRED

@ViCustomerCare Great which means all the calls you made i shouldn't have picked. And the promise that the executive made was fake too. I have his text btw which clearly states that I will get a refund as the problem was from your end. Nevermind, I anyway hate your service. Will change it asap!

@ViCustomerCare Hi team, I am at Vi Store kharghar, and as discussed with Kiran executive they would not taking the request saying the order is in resubmission status, unless it is deleted from marketing team. This is now beyond tollerance. I got to file a legal complaint if not resolved earlier
