@VodafoneIN #HappyToHelp I have reached on this issue to customer care they are not willing to raise a complaint behalf of me and instead they said it's very common issue we will be notified. Is this way you are working for customer service @TRAI please get it resolved.

@VodafoneIN I just ported from Airtel to Vodafone and sim got activated yesterday night. However I am not getting 4g tower at all and I called customer care to get solution. But they sent one SMS which they said if followed will definitely solve the issue.

@ViCustomerCare Have already raised complaint on the customer care number multiple times in the past 1-2 weeks including yesterday evening. But it seems that Vodafone-Idea team is not interested in retaining its customers. Sharing the complaint reference number from yesterday on message.

Essentially you can get a new sim home delivered, but not an existing sim with the carrier! Bad customer service to existing customers, how is that supposed to work? @ViCustomerCare do you really care?

@ViCustomerCare vi care your customer care number 198 not give service properly and they talk properly with customer. Some times ago i call 198 for deactivation flash service but they not give proper information and cut my call.Worst customer service.
