However I am not getting 4g tower at all and I called customer care to get solution. But they sent one SMS which they said if followed will definitely solve the issue.

Is this way you are working for customer service @TRAI please get it resolved.

The representative said they are working on my area. When I asked again how much more time it will take, he did not give a clear answer.

Dark Prince (@faheemilahi) reported@ViCustomerCare This experience clearly reflects a lack of customer understanding and support. Therefore, I have decided to switch to another operator. 20th December will be my last day with VI. I was a loyal user, but this experience has changed my decision.
