Upgrade towers in cities where your network is poor or the areas in cities where your network is poor.(like in bihar , orissa and jharkhand) 2. Stop sending spam sms and calls frequently.

However I am not getting 4g tower at all and I called customer care to get solution. But they sent one SMS which they said if followed will definitely solve the issue.

You don't need 5g to stay in market just make your 4g the best that people will start saying vi's 4g == other operators 5g, and in order to achieve this state you need to upgrade towers at new locations

Instead of assisting, the executive repeatedly and insensitively asked me to visit a VI Store, refusing to provide any support over the call. Is this the level of service VI offers?
