@VodafoneIN I just ported from Airtel to Vodafone and sim got activated yesterday night. However I am not getting 4g tower at all and I called customer care to get solution. But they sent one SMS which they said if followed will definitely solve the issue.

@VodafoneIN however that SMS is nothing but the "Prefer LTE" selection method which is already active in my phone. I need a solution for this ASAP. This same phone was I using without any issue for Airtel 4G. Redmi note 4.

@VodafoneIN #HappyToHelp I have reached on this issue to customer care they are not willing to raise a complaint behalf of me and instead they said it's very common issue we will be notified. Is this way you are working for customer service @TRAI please get it resolved.

@ViCustomerCare Extremely disappointed with Vodafone service. Have been trying to access my bills from April to July 2020 and failed. Neither my email bills open, nor the app helps, neither did a specific request to Vodafone!!
