@VodafoneIN #HappyToHelp I have reached on this issue to customer care they are not willing to raise a complaint behalf of me and instead they said it's very common issue we will be notified. Is this way you are working for customer service @TRAI please get it resolved.

@ViCustomerCare 3. Focus on proper customer service not on fake promises. 4. You don't need 5g to stay in market just make your 4g the best that people will start saying vi's 4g == other operators 5g, and in order to achieve this state you need to upgrade towers at new locations

@VodafoneIN I just ported from Airtel to Vodafone and sim got activated yesterday night. However I am not getting 4g tower at all and I called customer care to get solution. But they sent one SMS which they said if followed will definitely solve the issue.

@ViCustomerCare Responded to multiple Vi personal calls and clearly communicated the voice call concerns, time of concerns, available time at home but nobody seems from vodafone to listen the customer voice and keep making their own statement and conclusion. Solution has not yet arrived

China started 5G service, but still none of these providers still unable provide proper 2G service in my area/location. @reliancejio @airtelindia @VodafoneIN Already did so many complaints but no use...

@ViCustomerCare here are few of the analysis which can revive your company:- 1. Upgrade towers in cities where your network is poor or the areas in cities where your network is poor.(like in bihar , orissa and jharkhand) 2. Stop sending spam sms and calls frequently.

@VodafoneIN however that SMS is nothing but the "Prefer LTE" selection method which is already active in my phone. I need a solution for this ASAP. This same phone was I using without any issue for Airtel 4G. Redmi note 4.

@ViCustomerCare poor Customer service. Balance deductions happens automatically and your agents blame I did it. Very unprofessional Customer agents answering calls.

@DoT_India @ViCustomerCare @TRAI . My VI number plan has expired and now i am not able to receive any incoming messages related to OTP. Talked with customer care as well they said to recharge with 1 month plan which cost around 200 rs. This manner they are forcing for reharg.

@ViCustomerCare I have recharged 3 months pack by seeing full network on VI, when I switched my data connection to VI it was 2G network.I haved talked with customer care, only thing they know APN settings and restart your mobile which doesn't work at all. Please return my money.

@TRAI i ported out from @ViCustomerCare on 18th Sep paid rental in advance, again VI generated bill on 18th Oct, saying 18th was bill cycle date.. i paid without using for a day, nw getting messages in Nov frm @JioCare to pay outstsnding bill. VI just trying to loot customer?
