@VodafoneIN #HappyToHelp I have reached on this issue to customer care they are not willing to raise a complaint behalf of me and instead they said it's very common issue we will be notified. Is this way you are working for customer service @TRAI please get it resolved.

@VodafoneIN however that SMS is nothing but the "Prefer LTE" selection method which is already active in my phone. I need a solution for this ASAP. This same phone was I using without any issue for Airtel 4G. Redmi note 4.

@VodafoneIN I just ported from Airtel to Vodafone and sim got activated yesterday night. However I am not getting 4g tower at all and I called customer care to get solution. But they sent one SMS which they said if followed will definitely solve the issue.

Dear @vodafonein1 @ViCustomerCare is this your logic to reduce the data speed when the pack is near to expire, I have been facing this since long,,, as soon as there are 3-4 days left to expire, the network changes to 2g, what kind of scam is it ??

@himanshu59sabh1 @ViCustomerCare No things working here. Only one 1 signal 📶 bar on my phone. What VI is doing I don't know I have raised serval times complain and not getting resolution. Better to change the network.

@VodafoneIN Customer Care Service is worst in India. Even they don't care about the postpaid connection customers to resolve the issue when incoming is barred past 7 days to SIM card. @DoT_India
