    @VodafoneIN I just ported from Airtel to Vodafone and sim got activated yesterday night. However I am not getting 4g tower at all and I called customer care to get solution. But they sent one SMS which they said if followed will definitely solve the issue.

    @VodafoneIN #HappyToHelp I have reached on this issue to customer care they are not willing to raise a complaint behalf of me and instead they said it's very common issue we will be notified. Is this way you are working for customer service @TRAI please get it resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare Its more than 45 mins since the recharge is done on vi app, still plan benefits are not reflecting on the number. Worst service by vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare hey there I am gtng irritdt with Vodafone sim every now & then my cnnctn goes to vi India edge i & whle on call it dscnts very 2 mnts to gos to edge hve been usng this sim for 6 yr no customer care is solving this vi India edge intents stpa wrkng #Vodafonedown
