    @VodafoneIN I just ported from Airtel to Vodafone and sim got activated yesterday night. However I am not getting 4g tower at all and I called customer care to get solution. But they sent one SMS which they said if followed will definitely solve the issue.

    @VodafoneIN however that SMS is nothing but the "Prefer LTE" selection method which is already active in my phone. I need a solution for this ASAP. This same phone was I using without any issue for Airtel 4G. Redmi note 4.

    @VodafoneIN #HappyToHelp I have reached on this issue to customer care they are not willing to raise a complaint behalf of me and instead they said it's very common issue we will be notified. Is this way you are working for customer service @TRAI please get it resolved.

    China started 5G service, but still none of these providers still unable provide proper 2G service in my area/location. @reliancejio @airtelindia @VodafoneIN Already did so many complaints but no use...

    @DoT_India Service provider takes complaint but not solve it as they aware of the network problem in our area so kindly take action against them @ViCustomerCare . They must have to solve issue. The problem is since more than 6-7 years.

    @ViCustomerCare I filed complaint twice. You resolve the issue and improve the service. You already have my number. Why are you asking for an another number? Improve the service or just say NO.

    @Freecharge i made a recharge of Rs179 few minutes back , money got deducted but recharge still on process...R u guys now started to cheat ur customers....no customer care , nobody bothers to reply @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago r u atlesst concerned?

    @ViCustomerCare How do I talk to a real person in VI? Calls to both 198 and 199 go through an automated system with only automated responses and there seems no way to talk to a real person. The chat function is also a bot! I need to register a complaint on unauthorised deduction.

    I have been asking #VodafineIdea @ViCustomerCare a simple question which they keep making complicated. Why does Vi 4G+ signal drops to G when I make calls to most numbers but not all which makes browsing impossible during that call? Why does my phone not show 4G volte anymore?
