@ViCustomerCare Hi, So I switched to VI Red x postpaid plan I was told that I'll be getting good 4G network. Now, even in my area which is captial city of Gujarat, Gandhinagar.. I'm barely getting 2G/3G speed.

@Airtel_Presence located at VAVOL ,Gandhinagar ,Gujarat. issue facing with @VodafoneIN is connectivity. bound to pay for services, which never registered,not able to use, under REDEX Plan. no proper voice connectivity, frequent and fixed call drop points,way to Ahm.

@MiralSalunke @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Honestly I agree with you. I so wish I couldn’t have recharged for the year. Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.

@VodafoneIN Show the action and not just sympathy which doesn't work. With every passing day, the wait goes on and on. If you wish to do it. Else, better keep with you. Due to your network and not installing boosters at my home, you will lose me definitely now.

@ViCustomerCare why is so much downfall in the network signals. Facing too much call drops. Signals getting lost much frequently. This is so disgusting what the company is providing the customers in terms of service. Wish I could have switched to other operator earlier.
