    Hello @VodafoneIN we have purchased M2M postpaid SIM cards for my IOT devices, but it is not working, no data, no sms, I have called customer support but no body knows about the M2M SIM cards, now where I have to for the support for the same. Please enlighten me.

    @MiralSalunke @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Honestly I agree with you. I so wish I couldn’t have recharged for the year. Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.

    @idea_cares @Idea @VodafoneIN i lost my prepaid card approx 3 months ago and i go to your diffren 3store for new sim card but everytime its rejected and after that they told me you go to our main beanch at shahibaug, ahmedabad, but lock down applied now what can i do plz help me

    @VodafoneIN from last 15 days i have facing many call drops problem i pickup the phone but other sides voice is not coming to me its very irritating please fix this problem i have network ishue too at my home address please fix it as soon as possible

    @VodafoneIN from last 10 days your network quality is stucks me first time cant connect call second time its connecting after long tuk...tuk...tuk... internet quality is also very bad shows 4g+ network but site or apps cant open

    @VodafoneIN , reply still awaited since last 5 to 6 weeks. mail addressing CMD,CEO are not addressed by this fastest NETWORK Company , 06 days.. Some issue reported to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence by one of friend , #Airtel addressed and solve it in24hours. Great #Airtel

    Called @JioCare @reliancejio to explain the problem but they showed no interest no intent to solve or understand. Pure laziness and carelessness by @JioCare forcing people to switch back to @airtelindia or @VodafoneIN which offer excellent network and superior customer service

    @ViCustomerCare You guys still charges for caller tunes and missed call alerts in 2026 when the competition gives it away for free. Network expand karne ka paisa nai, agaye chuddiya todne. Airtel’s priority network is a step into the future.

    @ViCustomerCare Speed is good in my area but I don't know why the page is not open from the VI network in my laptop ,many complaints raised but no single action taken. When we connect with another network it's working fine and the page is loaded fast. What type of quality is vi using. Please fix

    @ViCustomerCare I am in 5G network area. Seeing 5G on my device. But after a certain time data gets exhausted and after that the Internet doesn't work. What a pathetic service.
