    @ViCustomerCare Hi, So I switched to VI Red x postpaid plan I was told that I'll be getting good 4G network. Now, even in my area which is captial city of Gujarat, Gandhinagar.. I'm barely getting 2G/3G speed.

    @ViCustomerCare I am not that fluent in English so please try to understand. Location : Kadi , Mehsana, Gujarat I port from jio before 3 months & from very first day of port I faced net speed problem, raised complaint number of times but no resolution So please help me😭

    Dear @VodafoneIN I don’t know when you ll resolve network issues. It’s been almost five years I am facing network issues at home. For data connectivity I started using @reliancejio as secondary number. I wish not to port Vodafone number with any other company. Do something.

    Hey @VodafoneIN , my dad lost his phone last month and replaced his sim card from his nearest Vodafone store last month but due to some issues sim card wasn't activated from your end. The guy at store talked very rudely with my old man and told him to wait another 24 - 48 hrs

    @ViCustomerCare Many operators are playing this caller tune once in a day but in VI whenever I call same person this tune starts first. This is really bad. I also use Jio but there is no problem.

    One of the worst network experienced @VodafoneIN need to work on your network nowadays. Even not getting 2G network at my place. I'm fed up with @VodafoneIN. U really need to do something.

    @Airtel_Presence located at VAVOL ,Gandhinagar ,Gujarat. issue facing with @VodafoneIN is connectivity. bound to pay for services, which never registered,not able to use, under REDEX Plan. no proper voice connectivity, frequent and fixed call drop points,way to Ahm.

    @ViCustomerCare it's day in day out only one message reflect SMS can't send error 38. If same problem continues we have to port to other operator. I had tried with Vi app but no results. Look in to it.

    @TRAI My mother has not been able to receive any incoming calls since yesterday. She is using the @ViCustomerCare network. To my knowledge, under the new regulations, providers are not permitted to block incoming calls even ifuser has not recharged.

    @ViCustomerCare Subject: Request for Equal Network Development in Villages Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to express my concern regarding the lack of proper Vodafone Idea network coverage and tower upgrades in village areas. It appears that most network improvements and new tower installations are focused only on cities, while villages are being ignored. Village people also use the internet for education, online work, business, banking, entertainment, and communication just like city users. After the growth of work-from-home opportunities, many people returned to villages and depend heavily on mobile internet connectivity. However, we are still struggling with weak signals, slow internet speeds, and poor network coverage. It feels unfair that village customers are not receiving the same quality of service despite contributing equally to your business. We kindly request Vodafone Idea to: Improve network coverage in villages Install and upgrade towers in rural areas Expand 4G and 5G services equally beyond city limits Village customers are also valuable customers, and we hope the company will consider rural development seriously. We request you to take necessary action at the earliest.
