    @ViCustomerCare Many operators are playing this caller tune once in a day but in VI whenever I call same person this tune starts first. This is really bad. I also use Jio but there is no problem.

    @idea_cares @Idea @VodafoneIN i lost my prepaid card approx 3 months ago and i go to your diffren 3store for new sim card but everytime its rejected and after that they told me you go to our main beanch at shahibaug, ahmedabad, but lock down applied now what can i do plz help me

    Hello @VodafoneIN we have purchased M2M postpaid SIM cards for my IOT devices, but it is not working, no data, no sms, I have called customer support but no body knows about the M2M SIM cards, now where I have to for the support for the same. Please enlighten me.

    I have been trying WITH VODAFONE Over DM but no action for recharge reversal to my another number but no response yet, poor management. It is 2nd incident, earlier in post paid for wrong charges and now with prepaid. #poorservices #noethics @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN clearly shows you guys really don't care if a customer moves out. Secondly getting to know, not registering my complaints for past months on network speed issues whereas was assured on call that my complaint is registered and will be sorted soon. #Response awaited.

    @VodafoneIN I am Vodafone user since last 5 year, But From January 2020 , Vodafone isn't working as prescribed plan. Quality of internet is totally bad and shame full... Poor net quality.

    @ViCustomerCare Very bad and poor quality customer support they didn't know how to talk to a customer they were very rude to me I want to tell every vi customer please leave the vi .. network now they are fraud.they are always not able to resolve customer support.

    Great start with @ViCustomerCare! Ported my SIM yesterday and it's already a nightmare. Verification line keeps cutting off, and there's ZERO support for new customers. Regretting my decision to switch to Vi already. Resolve my issue immediately or I'm moving back! @ViNews #Vi
