    Called @JioCare @reliancejio to explain the problem but they showed no interest no intent to solve or understand. Pure laziness and carelessness by @JioCare forcing people to switch back to @airtelindia or @VodafoneIN which offer excellent network and superior customer service

    @VodafoneIN I am really thankful to you guys to solve the issue previously. However, we are facing issues with Internet now. Connection loss frequently and get super low speed.. Need to restart mobile data in few minutes to resume connection. Sending you gps location with this.

    Hello @VodafoneIN we have purchased M2M postpaid SIM cards for my IOT devices, but it is not working, no data, no sms, I have called customer support but no body knows about the M2M SIM cards, now where I have to for the support for the same. Please enlighten me.

    @ViBusinessIndia Dear @ViCustomerCare, despite repeated follow-ups, I'm still being billed incorrectly for international roaming that was activated only to receive OTPs. Correct the bill immediately or I'll escalate this to consumer and telecom regulators for harassment and deficient service.
