Dear @VodafoneIN I don’t know when you ll resolve network issues. It’s been almost five years I am facing network issues at home. For data connectivity I started using @reliancejio as secondary number. I wish not to port Vodafone number with any other company. Do something.

@ViCustomerCare Many operators are playing this caller tune once in a day but in VI whenever I call same person this tune starts first. This is really bad. I also use Jio but there is no problem.

@MiralSalunke @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Honestly I agree with you. I so wish I couldn’t have recharged for the year. Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.

@ViCustomerCare Hi, So I switched to VI Red x postpaid plan I was told that I'll be getting good 4G network. Now, even in my area which is captial city of Gujarat, Gandhinagar.. I'm barely getting 2G/3G speed.

@ViCustomerCare one of the worst network from Vi. In my village their is no any other company except Vi. So they are taking of advantages of that they don't give a sufficient network. I raised complaint about 10-12 times in last 2-3 years but no change has been seen yet.
