The vendor told me that an unlimited recharge was included with the porting process, but after my SIM got activated, I found that no recharge has been done. The vendor is not available now, and I am unable to make calls. Kindly look into this issue and help me activate the promised recharge as soon as possible. After porting to Vi and doing ₹365 recharge, it stopped working and shows “network provider may charge for sms messages used to activate FaceTime and iMessage ” error. Please enable international SMS on my num
