    @ViCustomerCare Stop giving free internet when it doesn't work most of the time. Also even with full networks, call doesn't go or gets disconnected. Cannot wait to port the number to another network.

    @ViCustomerCare The issues are your network doesn't work on LTE, I've to change it to 3G first. The calls are also dropping. And VI advertises as the best network but instead advertising you guys should spend on better connectivity.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare ! Another nightmare issue from you. Yesterday I had changed my number from postpaid to prepaid, and they told that the new sim will be activated in few mins, recharge and use it. But it's been a day since it got activated (1/n)
