    @ViCustomerCare Understand my issue first. Replying me there is Signal issue in My location. But my issue only during power failure. Not at all time. Can I expect your service during power failure?

    @ViCustomerCare Stop giving free internet when it doesn't work most of the time. Also even with full networks, call doesn't go or gets disconnected. Cannot wait to port the number to another network.

    @ViCustomerCare Your staff has called from 9167002354 and told me that VI are not working on IPHONE 6 Handset in your office but its works on outside office premises . What logic you applied to make fool customer ? Instead of finding issue you are giving foolish excuse .

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve provided the requested details in the DM yet no response @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup your employees don’t reply I can name them Rohini/Faiz/Afzal seriously every time a new person asks same info with no resolution. Either refund the payment or provide the service
