@ViCustomerCare Stop giving free internet when it doesn't work most of the time. Also even with full networks, call doesn't go or gets disconnected. Cannot wait to port the number to another network.

Ordered a premium SIM from @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia via their website and paid for it, it’s been 48+ hours and still no update. Customer care just keeps saying “we’ll do delivery” but nothing happens. Absolutely pathetic service. 👎 #VI #VodafoneIdea #PoorService

Another provider replied, but @ViCustomerCare hasn’t. I recharged just 3 days ago, yet I’m facing issues. I’ve complained many times—via phone (198), X, and other channels—but no proper response. I need service, not excuses. Please resolve this ASAP.

@ViCustomerCare Your network services is so poor, need to turn on flight mode every minute to get the internet speed, need to call someone to restore the speed of internet, for what service you are charging u.s not even getting voice quality during calls. @TRAI please see this
