@ViCustomerCare Stop giving free internet when it doesn't work most of the time. Also even with full networks, call doesn't go or gets disconnected. Cannot wait to port the number to another network.

@ViCustomerCare Thanks for reply. I got call from friend and recharged my account balance. All suggest you is to provide emergency balance of atleast Rs.5. You may deduct Rs. 10 on next recharge but atleast minimum amount should be provided to regular customers.

@alphabayc @BSNLCorporate @ViCustomerCare The main reason why 3G is faster than 4G is that, in 3G network, load and number of users is not very high but in 4G, high number of users are using at a same time.

@ViCustomerCare vi closed my complaint video getting any resolution. vi is the most third class and ***** telecom company into the market. Today 4 days completed i am continuously facing no signal issue but still vi not have any resolution regarding my concern.
