    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @AdityaBirlaGrp raised to Vi appellate for resolution with ask for 50% refund for service not provided - unclear voice, low connectivity in major areas in Atlanta and Kansas City and you still want to levy a high premium?? Still waiting Vi??

    @ViCustomerCare struggling a lot with #VodaNetwork every time either I call someone or receive any call, twice I don't get any voice or it gets drop-out. Similarly, on the other SIM (not Voda) am getting the best in class network. Tell me how to reverse the yearly recharge??

    @ViCustomerCare I'm 8 yrs old customer of Vi & now getting cheated by Vi Service person Sushrith @ 89191 01875. I did port and Vi service called in the above number and promised to give 2 months free bill and after that 6 months Rs.150 off in my bill. So i cancelled my port.

    @ViCustomerCare Again started, network issue since the time ported to vodafone from airtel. Inserted VI simcard yesterday 11 pm and till now unable to complete tele verification process. Caller VI cx care,but for them security check is far more important than cx issue 9820835554
