    @ViCustomerCare I have been facing Call issues on My VI SIM for almost 2 months. Everytime I file a complaint, I am told the issue will be sorted within a day or two. After which I get the message saying the issue has been resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare Last month my DND was changed without permission call centre records say I called & requested. Today callertunes was activated on my so-called request (none made). Vi's security/authentication is broken. Pls fix asap. Simple OTP/sms based confirmn wd fix this.
