    Whr people r talking about #5g you can’t even provide 4g properly. Numbers of complaints were raised frm my side. No static reason was given nor issues were resolved. Wht is the use of data rollover whn you can’t even use your internet properly. @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I made the complaint 3 days back... yet no response from your side. I’m facing issue causing financial loss... mentally unstable.... I think it’s time to go !!!

    @ViCustomerCare Dear ViCC, I have a roaming Vi Postpaid sim, I would like to activate and use the eSIM in my iPhone, however it requires me to send sms to 199, which doesn’t work while roaming. Please help me activate eSIM.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare your network is still too slow, even in my postpaid connection. Your callertune service is still chargeable. Where @JioCare is providing Unlimited free callertune, Netflix, Amazon prime, Hotstar subscription @399 postpaid plan but you provide nothing.

    @ViCustomerCare @irda_qc customer care Executive said that within 2 hr old postpaid sim card will stop working and than insert the new one and dial 59059 and sim card will be activated.

    @ViCustomerCare @irda_qc What if I don’t want to use postpaid? Who will continue to use such services?? I’m very disappointed and hurt with such behaviour of your Vi care.  They are irresponsible and they are just not Bothered about the customer satisfaction.
