Whr people r talking about #5g you can’t even provide 4g properly. Numbers of complaints were raised frm my side. No static reason was given nor issues were resolved. Wht is the use of data rollover whn you can’t even use your internet properly. @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare

Hi @ViCustomerCare, I want to port my @airtelindia sim to VodafoneIdea as my Airtel sim has stopped working suddenly in the UK and I'm not receiving any help from them. It shows invalid sim in the handset. Is it possible to port to Vodafone without sim being active? Please advise

I have just got my sim card ported to @ViCustomerCare in the last month but Vi's network is running very bad now I am very upset but due to @TRAI rule I will be forced to stay in Vodafone for 90 days, so it is very important to change the rule of 90 days, please help me.

@ViCustomerCare I am glad with your positive response here on social media however your back end staff are unable to help nor do they have any TAT to resolve their client complaint.All vague answers from 8 agents spoken now and no senior management staff intends to take this matter seriously.
