Whr people r talking about #5g you can’t even provide 4g properly. Numbers of complaints were raised frm my side. No static reason was given nor issues were resolved. Wht is the use of data rollover whn you can’t even use your internet properly. @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare

Placed a MNP request on @reliancejio to port out from @ViCustomerCare and start getting multiple automated calls and messages each hour to avail their 3 days only offer and cancel the port request. DND is a joke @ViCustomerCare?

@ViCustomerCare I have been a customer of Vodafone which is Vi now since a long time. Extremely surprised at the poor customer service which has been provided off late. It just seems like customer doesn’t mean anything. Seems like an indication to port out.
