    I am very disappointed 😞 to @VodafoneIN my problems is as usual no one interested to solve my problem my biggest of life is buying #uselessvodafonesim I have provided all personal information to like contact number address etc but network problem is as usual

    @ViCustomerCare Apke side se na koi satisfied answer mila hai aur na hi koi solution. Very bad experience with Vi. And i give you 0 rating out of 10. Agar apke pass customer ke prob. Ka solution nahi hai to customers apke sath kyu connect rahe??

    @jagograhakjago @ViCustomerCare it’s been 16 days I have paid for the SIM card which has not been delivered yet and I have visited the store multiple times,I tried to call the customer service number multiple times,I tried to reach to them through social media, still no solution.

    @ViCustomerCare Sorry to say that I am not satisfied with your service bcs within a month facing the same problem. My number deactivated,called customer care but no response then visited franchise.Reissued the same number but problem not yet resolve.Meaasge says use post paid.

    @ViCustomerCare VoLTE is currently not working on my number irrespective of using a 4G VoLTE Enabled Phone Poco X3 Pro and having settings to 4G and VoLTE is enabled in phone settings. Kindly please check with your systems and activate VoLTE on my number.
