    @ViCustomerCare The issue has not been resolved. Since 2 weeks I’m just looking for a resolution and now again I’m being asked to visit the store. This is going to be my 3rd visit and I am being assured that this will now get resolved at the store.

    @ViCustomerCare-my problem is not solved and twice/ thrice Vodafone has closed my complaint without solving the problem, it shows how worst network and service we are using from Vodafone.thrice we have told dem to visit my home but they aren’t and updating false in there system.

    I was told my complaint will be resolved but its more than 3 days no resolution has been made this is how you treat users? If you dont need us we can port there are many other best option available @ViCustomerCare
