    @ViCustomerCare i am facing very high ping issue in my mobile no 8750027688 the normal ping is 250+ I had purchased a new sim because of jio network problems but now I think I should not come to VI network Please solve it as soon as possible or after 15 days i will break the sim

    @ViCustomerCare 3rd Class Internet service of Vi at Vill-Bijauli Bhaiya,Barhaj,Deoria,U.P-274603 but stubborn employee of Vi don’t listen our grievances about the service, every time procrastinate our complaint,We are 4 user of Vi & decided to port our No into other telecom.

    @ViCustomerCare Don't fool customer. Any new pack should be activated after expiry of existing one. In my case new plan and existing plan both activated at the same time otherwise my plan expiring date should be 2June21. Pls look into it.
