I am very disappointed 😞 to @VodafoneIN my problems is as usual no one interested to solve my problem my biggest of life is buying #uselessvodafonesim I have provided all personal information to like contact number address etc but network problem is as usual

@ViCustomerCare I am using Idea phone ( now it is Vi) for last 13 years. My Cell no is 9689916267. Tentatively, for last 15 days, I am facing problem of " SMS " services not going from my phone. I am receiving SMS from outside, but I can't send the SMS to outsiders.

@ViCustomerCare I hope that you will fix this ASAP. A lot of people must be recharging and losing Rs 20 offer **which was shown to them**and you know what - coupons motivate to recharge. Fix it !
