    @ViCustomerCare #VI worst network ever .. from 6 month I complained so many times but no solution. your customer service always said that we submitted your complain and our team will call you back but I didn't get any call. really worst network & worst service

    @ViCustomerCare Even after numerous complaints from more than a year, visiting vodafone centre in Goregaon and changing mobile plan, we are not receiving Vodafone bills either hard copy or in email. Vodafone is not able to resolve such small issues from months!

    @ViCustomerCare @DisneyplusHSVIP And every time your guys will merge with someone we have to pay every time bcoz you are not able to provide us service I will take you guys to consumer court and sue you for looting people for your failure it’s better I move to Airtel atleast they are not merging to someone

    @ViCustomerCare @DisneyplusHSVIP What is the use of it your sim is not working properly when I took it to the your customer care they said u we have to change the sim and it will cost 100 rs, your company got merged and become Vi so why should we have to pay for it
