Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.

Gaurav Chand (@gauravchand) reported@ViCustomerCare Complaint no. 190365310501. When I call 12345 voice update says complaint pending and we will get back to you by 28/08/2026. It does not know today is 31/08/2026. But even then there was no update on 28/8.
