    Dear @VodafoneIN I don’t know when you ll resolve network issues. It’s been almost five years I am facing network issues at home. For data connectivity I started using @reliancejio as secondary number. I wish not to port Vodafone number with any other company. Do something.

    @MiralSalunke @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Honestly I agree with you. I so wish I couldn’t have recharged for the year. Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.

    @ViCustomerCare @ShivAroor Only those who complain will get a response and i think that too is just lip service. The number of messages and junk calls one gets is unmanageable. I keep deleting daily or they just pile up.Almost everyone out there is trying to swindle what little is left in our bank accounts

    @ViCustomerCare Poor & pathetic 4G Internet speed in Dungarpur, Rajasthan, PIN -314001. Lodge Complaint multiple times in last 6 months through Vi app but no resolution. "1.5 Mbps" can't be called as 4G internet speed. I check through multiple sites for internet speed.

    @espres0Patronum @ViCustomerCare Worst experience. Was using no.XXXXXXXX11 since long. Company deactivated no. during covid time. Approached their stores and made many requests to back end authorities. No action till date. Three years are gone and I am asked to pay 2000/- for the same no.
