One of the worst network experienced @VodafoneIN need to work on your network nowadays. Even not getting 2G network at my place. I'm fed up with @VodafoneIN. U really need to do something.

@ViCustomerCare Vi's VOLTE won't work on my latest Pixel 6 pro esim slot while JIO queries perfectly fine. VI's says everything from their side is activated and couldn't do anything else and of no help. I have gone through all the settings n nothing is wrong. It's hell too use VI without VOLTE

@ViCustomerCare When will this issue be resolved? I mean how can you guys be so laxed…. Your service is just pathetic and rotten…. Does it take 15 days to resolve a billing issue? And don’t tell me about DM, no one replies to the queries sent by DM.

@ViCustomerCare Still waiting for the complete conversion of my sim from corporate to personal. It's so strange, only VI OTP is not being delivered - and without phone number verification nothing seems to happen. So I can't login to VI app and even the Baner office is not able to help

@ViCustomerCare Dear vi, Mobile data is not available here on most days and there are 3 regular data outages in a month. Because of this i have lost trust in vi network, complaint no-KEL-V00744816500 kindly look in this matter and resolve this issue immediately.

@ViCustomerCare Using this VI connection since 2008. But now a days I'm tired of VI's service, instead of VI's packs are going constantly high. It's not economical staying in VI.

@ViCustomerCare May I know if any of @ViVodaidea customer misses to pay its bill then how many times u wud send payment pending reminders? Multiple times thru various mode -phone, emails, texts, WhatsApp! U guys don’t leave a penny but if a customer is requesting for solution u guys easily 4get.
