One of the worst network experienced @VodafoneIN need to work on your network nowadays. Even not getting 2G network at my place. I'm fed up with @VodafoneIN. U really need to do something.

@ViCustomerCare faced most pathetic customer solution response by Mr.Debasish Bera(ISR of KOL-VFS-TOLLYGUNJ).never feel this much irritated since associated with VI. Store manager Ms.Bhagyashree apologized but Mr.Debasish didn't feel to do so. Very bad impression for your image.

@ViCustomerCare I changed my plan from Postpaid to Prepaid but vi store telling to contact the Customer care and your customer care is asking to Visit vi store. @reliancejio @airtel Please suggest me the best plan for both prepaid and postpaid. Thankyou.

@ViCustomerCare it is not compulsary to give your services if you are not capable of the same, if then also you to do the same then please don't use cheap methods to avoid customers port to another network. Your call support is something one would get laugh in abusing also. (1/2)

I totally agree with U.Its a shop working for snatching dues from balances of customers. 9729629874 is my Vi CNo where I never opted any game but Vi debited 49/= from my balance at its own reducing balance low. And now not paying any heed to my call/ request.Big rogues!
