    Hello there @VodafoneIN. Just wanted to know what are steps for porting my jio number to ur network. Because @JioCare is foolish is from last year regarding betterment of thier network but instead it's keep getting worse. So I want to port my jio into vodafone.Waiting for reply.

    @viiikashere Exactly what happened with another client of @ViCustomerCare whose very old @VodafoneGroup phone was also blocked all of a sudden leaving him scrambling for Bank and Aadhaar acces . Shame on Vodafone and also the Regulators regulating but overlooking such a terrible fiasco.

    @ViCustomerCare Hey @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare,writing on behalf of a friend.They bought an IR pack with no upfront country list, only to find Vietnam wasn't covered. Contacted support immediately, but reps delayed until auto-activation to deny a refund! Need this escalated & refunded ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare My area has very inconsistent 4G network, and no 5G network even tho my city has Vi 5G

    @ViCustomerCare Since 2013, I have been using Vodafone Sim Card till date with starting digits 825888 ….. Currently using it for Official purpose. There was one point of time, where the Vi network was completely shut down for months due to natural calamity in my place ! Thought of having it ported to JiO but something stopped me from doing it. I don’t know why I’m still stuck with old Voda Sim but enjoying it … keep it up @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare .. bring the change !!!

    @ViCustomerCare I am disappointed with your services, using your ₹859 recharge where it was mentioned that this plan includes unlimited 5G, but after my 1.5GB limit the network stops working. I tried calling customer care, but the call bot does not help me connect with a human.

    @ViCustomerCare It’s not only the network but nothing is good in VI, from postpaid plans to customer care services , everything is worst . Check my emails and messages and chat history you will come to know about my frustration

    There is no damn network in Village- pimpri jalsen, taluka-Parner, District - Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar), Kaise @ViCustomerCare badal raha hai No damn network at all. Please do the needful at earliest within a month.
