    @ViCustomerCare At your Andheri Amboli store, I went to replace my damaged prepaid SIM, but the staff forced me to buy two postpaid SIMs saying they wouldn’t give a replacement otherwise. I ended up paying for postpaid connections I never wanted. It’s completely unethical.
