    Hello there @VodafoneIN. Just wanted to know what are steps for porting my jio number to ur network. Because @JioCare is foolish is from last year regarding betterment of thier network but instead it's keep getting worse. So I want to port my jio into vodafone.Waiting for reply.

    @ViCustomerCare i want to port from Jio to Vi (prepaid) but it is showing service not available in my area (Guwahati, Assam), i dont have that much time to visit store. PS- for Postpaid service is there and its not right imho, should be availbale for prepaid too

    @ViCustomerCare Hey @ViCustomerCare , please check your dm, now it's more than 72 hours of booking/placing order as you have asked it will be completed by 72 hrs but still no update ,can you please check this on priority, this is seriously pathetic as the service delayed with promised time

    @ViCustomerCare Since last night, my number has not been activated after porting. There has been no response from customer service. It looks like I made a big mistake by porting my number to Vi. #MNP

    @ViCustomerCare It’s been 15+ days of store visits and chats, yet my postpaid connection still has limited service due to “negative verification.” No way to contact the verification team, no escalation, no updates. Unable to access banking due to OTP issues. Please Resolve

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare this is the condition of so called "best" network of India. There is no 4G network since 4-5 days. And the customer support doesn't even care to see or reply to my DM. Worst customer service, worst network. Time to port out
