Hello there @VodafoneIN. Just wanted to know what are steps for porting my jio number to ur network. Because @JioCare is foolish is from last year regarding betterment of thier network but instead it's keep getting worse. So I want to port my jio into vodafone.Waiting for reply.

@ViCustomerCare how can u block a basic facility of a customer which have sufficient amount in main balance. Charges may be higher but to enforce a person to recharge for more than rs 128 for basic sms facility is nothing more than ill practice.@TRAI
