@ViCustomerCare I've been complaining about the speed of the network for long and there is no improvement at all,The plans are good with good Data but the thing that should be updated is the netwrk. Within 1 min It switches to 2g or 3g without continuous connectivity #irritating

@ViCustomerCare Well you could read my previous tweets or DM for the issue. The 12+ years old Vodafone SIM suddenly stopped working, restart the phone, tired using it different mobiles but no luck. So requesting for a SIM card replacement. But home delivery's available only for new SIM requests.

@ViCustomerCare You are expert in fake promising. Earning profit by providing wrost network to customer. Is same like drinking customer urine. You are like do that again and again. Coolest thing is i am just 100 meter away from tower but getting under 120 kbps in 4G . Dont trust this lier vi .
