    @ViCustomerCare why callertunes are not free jio is giving there customer to set free callertunes but why not vi every month we have to pay some amount of money please make it free please we can't afford net recharge and caller tune price at same time please see it.

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar With due respect; Vi is fooling people of India by giving poor network services and contradicting statements. Customer Care says my phone OnePlus7T is not 4G without any proof and Floor Manager (Ms Prerna) says the area has weak n/w. 🇮🇳

    @ViCustomerCare 17 years ago my dad bought me a Nokia phone with Hutch sim card. Since then Hutch changed to Vodafone to Vodafone Idea. I had my ups and down with first two owners. Since the takeover by Idea, service started deteoriating day by day. 1/1
