    @ViCustomerCare More than 24hrs didnt received any response pathentic due to ur mistake i m not using VI Services suggest all of u dont try to thik abt to buy or convert ur sim to VI PATHENTIC POOR SERVICE I EVER SEEN

    @ViCustomerCare do you train your employees to lie customer on their face? They are really good at it,keep it up !! Now I'm sure in few months I will throw your sim and say goodbye to one of the worst service ever.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViVodaidea I was facing some issues in my area with network. I ported my sim to vi on 28th april and since then I am facing problems. The customer care told me that problem will be resolved in 90 days but i have only 56 days pack . Should I continue or port out.

    @VicustomerCare My simcard is damaged & i have got new simcard from your VI store. my number is under corporate a/c so Vi store cannot activate new sim card. I have raised 5 complaints against the activation of aim card but yet its not done. Please help
