    @ViCustomerCare Why are you hounding your customers? My dad is using your service for years. You're not allowing calls to go through citing lack of balance but he is on unlimited plan of 84 days which will last till 12-12-21. Have some shame. Harassing elderly citizens like this

    It's a real Shame to be a part of @ViCustomerCare family.Last 5 days was terrible.I can't access gaming bcs of network lagging.Web surfing is too slow.We are facing this every month.Seeing my frnds having good network quality is utter depressing.U can't gave service in Kolkata?🤷

    @ViCustomerCare Today is the deadline as per the ticked raised on coverage issues ! None of them had bothered to call me from the network team or service team ! Horrible service ! Porting to Airtel does not require a better reason #TRAI Quality at it’s worst @ViCustomerCare
