    @ViCustomerCare what a pathetic customer service or even system u hv,I am VI customer from last 10 years,went to store 1st time to convert postpaid to prepaid & ownership change,paid the advance bill also, waiting for 10 days,called customer care they said there is no request 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare @JioCare I have to buy duplicate sims since i lost my phone.I stay in Mysuru district of Karnataka. Due to lock down I am not able to reach out to any stores.( stores are closed) Its almost a month now.Kindly do the needful ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare Hi my mob no is 9625376007. Today morning I make a call ur customer care. when I call first time ur customer executive I don't know the name. She abusing me and ask me to port ur no in other networks.. Pls here the morning first recording if u can access.
