  @ViCustomerCare worst service by VI. in my locality only has 2G network while I had recharged Hero Annual Plan. All my money is waste in 2g network. No internet. Is I paid money for call ?

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI after a number of complaints your service has not improved at all. Not even calls are going through . No network most of time. No option other than porting out now.

  @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS I have raised multiple complaints on not getting SMS issue using Twitter, call customer care and Vi apps in last 10 days but still no resolution. Looks like i need to move to other operator After being customer of Idea for 18 years.
