@ViCustomerCare Don't believe on vi they scam with us they give u unlimited data but u don't get the speed if u talk to coustomer they don't solve the problem and give u 90 days for resolving the issue I am very old coustomer and I have to suffer from this so don't use VI

Hi @ViCustomerCare very irritated with your service. My mother's old Idea SIM was changed to new VI SIm today and the executive said it would be operational in four hours. But after eight hours it's still not working .
