    @ViCustomerCare Without giving any prior notice Vi just stopped giving unlimited data (12-6am). Recharged with ₹699 multiple times, which gave me 4GB/day for 84 days (before latest price hike). Please resolve my issue with outmost urgency as I'm not getting data from 12am-6am.

    @ViCustomerCare I still didn’t get a call or an explanation. Tell me, why I shouldn’t port out of Vodafone? Is this the service you’re providing? Fortunately, My friend had switched from Post Paid to Pre paid. You guys would have definitely looted more. I’m going to make a complaint @TRAI n CC.

    @ViCustomerCare I will leave VI once my existing plans ends. Thinking about porting my number to jio. At least they have much better network and internet than yours. I am a customer of your for 1 year and my experience is extremely worst. Slow internet, 2G coverage at unknown location etc.

    Not receiving calls, messages, OTPs, online orders failed to deliver. Friends make fun of me by sending "RIP". Guess who am I? "I am Vi customer" #No2Vi #SavemefromVi @ViCustomerCare sends me standard reply "WE WILL RESOLVE THE ISSUE SOON"

    finally, successfully ported 1 of my @ViCustomerCare sim card to @airtelindia vi is one of the worst network.bad internet, network, customer service.from being the best network to the worst network in area now.

    @ViCustomerCare Lost sim recently.Charging 300/- to get new sim with same idea number.This is really ridiculous.And so this is why customers are moving to JIO and Airtel .Now I will definitely move to other network. #india no.1 worst network VI @TRAI
