    @ViCustomerCare we were facing issue with the network so the Vodafone agent told us to install network booster even after installing network booster we are still facing the issue. We'll be tempt to change the service provider.

    @India_Hero9 @ViCustomerCare Vi no longer values its customers like they used to in the past. Many customers are facing such problems where even after calling the centre and visiting the store, issues are left unattended.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare, without my activation request for Value added services, these Services are getting activated, and my balance is getting deducted, when I raised a complaint about this, the customer care executive was very rude. This is pathetic. Kindly look into this..

    @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare Issue is yet not resolved & it is frustrating to see how these service providers are treating their customers with no intervention from the govt agencies. I am not amazed!!
