@ViCustomerCare After VI a/c closure, my international roaming deposit of 5000/- was sent as a cheque which bounced on submission. After exchanging 18 emails, VI customer care is still asking me to share the cheque. How do I share the cheque that’s already been submitted?

@ViCustomerCare My disappointment from #Vodafone wasn't a few days old, rather years that became cancer to me. After shamelessly failing for years to resolve the issue and looting me, now you're offering me to remarry you after we are already divorced. Believe me or not, you guys are useless.

@ViCustomerCare It's a worst service now , my sim replacement is not done , cc excutive says again visit the store . Don't ever go with Vodafone Idea service. It's pathetic service . I'm gone port out my sim to jio which is far better & superior in services & network too .
