    @ViCustomerCare , I have a old idea sim which is now deactive, I want to restore the sim, I have visited a customer care store in Burdwan, near Tinkonia busstand (wb). The customer care operator there forced almost everone for restoring the sim you have to switched to postpaid.

    Customer Service at Vodafone Idea is an oxymoron. Shunted from pillar to post these past ten days to get my data connection working! Customer Service does not care! @vicustomercare
