    @ViCustomerCare worst VI idea telecom Sometimes 250 rupees are asked for damage sim change, sometimes 150 rupees are asked.

    @ViCustomerCare you guys cheating customers in the name of daily plans for internet. Had recharged yesterday & today but with no internet services. Tried calling your customer care but of no use. Strict action should be taken against them @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare I submitted my IR activation request on **5 June at 11:38 AM**. On **8 June**, I received an SMS from your network confirming that my IR request had not been processed and now the bill came with IR charges
