  @ViCustomerCare This repeated delay is extremely frustrating. I've already paid for the service but haven't received the SIM. Please look into this urgently and either deliver my SIM immediately or provide a proper resolution. I can share my order details via DM. #Vi #MNP #CustomerService

  @ViCustomerCare I'm using a 5G Mobile have an ₹859 Unlimited 5G recharge active and I'm in a 5G coverage area However I'm still unable to access Unlimited 5G and my usage is being deducted from my regular data quota. Please look into this issue and provide resolution

  I feel Very Bad after 3 Days Past VI not take action after complaint that Network poor in Vapi ,Gujarat Area. They just pass the time by asking details nothing else. After received details just Silent. You should accept that Not able to restore the service @ViCustomerCare
