    Completely Ridiculous!!! @ViCustomerCare called in morning & collected all details and gave complaint no.4-135483212776 & refund of Rs 2400/- was considered. It stole my 19 minuts of office work. Now@ 1.40pm received another call of VI to know all details again. But why repeat.
