  @ViCustomerCare Ashmita.. you last looked at this request on 29-nov. promised a resolution. am still awaiting an outcome. I don't need robotic automated DMs or n number of smss or a new SR with a new TAT of another 48 hours. I just need a resolution to my small issue.

  @ViCustomerCare My vi sims has no network since today morning I tried restarting and setting things but of no help called ur customer service gave a number 09708012345 I have 2 vi postpaid and one vi prepaid call from prepaid no but no was invalid as per operator now tell me what shall I do ?
