    @ViCustomerCare The issue stills not resolved but only the tickets are closed as resolved without even without confirming with us for a courtesy. Irony is that they don't even have the option to reopen the tickets. Are we jobless to keep raising tickets and speaking with ur non actionable reps

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia I visited your stores for port-in. Your store incharge refused to portin to prepaid connection saying that portin can only be done in postpaid connection. You lost a customer. Thanks to @reliancejio they assisted me n provided prepaid connection.

    @ViCustomerCare No need continued with your Co. You don't give access to Toll Free No starting from 1800 is Axis Bank. I also called to ICICI Bank Customer Care n i connect easily.
