    @ViCustomerCare Sorry but I cannot accept your platitudes. What do you mean that my location is not covered adequately? I never had a problem until this year with Vodafone 4G. I’m staying in the same place, so what’s changed now? And I cannot wait for a TAT of 90 days.

    Call to senior executive. Again we wait for 20 min for informing our issues. I think worst management forever. Totally wasted money to recharge @ViCustomerCare pack. Huge problem in maximum area 1. Poor net connection. 2. Call drop issue 3.Rude behaviour with customers.(3/4)

    @ViCustomerCare MP-V00379004291 this is my complain no. I have getting very slow net speed and rising complain since 8to 9 month but from you guys their is a recorded words form you that consumer numbers are higher in your area we are working you are not worry for loyal customers

    @ViCustomerCare Tried all tricks but nothing is working. If you cannot provide better service then refund my recharge amount or I will be compelled to move to consumer court.I can't wait so long for internet to work as I have got to attend classes online.

    I'm a Vi postpaid customer for 4 years today I went to Bonhooghly Vi store to convert my sim to prepaid but the staff over there behaved unprofessionally and i was denied hence I'm left with no choice but to port to @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Very poor connectivity: If the phone is moved from 1 side of the bed to other, the network vanishes with speed barely going above 15KB/s. Not able to use it for WFH. High dead air and call drop issues. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.
