@ViCustomerCare You person Ms Palak called me and was if no assistance. .She says it's my decision whether I pay the bill or not and that Vodaphone can migrate people to high end plans as per their policy without calling the customer.They change the plan and then just send a sms.

Hey @ViCustomerCare please fix your network. I've been getting calls from people who have no intention of calling me. They admit they didn't even dial my number. Reminds of landline days when people used to get cross connected. #vodafoneidea #serviceproviderissues

@DoT_India @ViCustomerCare Thanks DOT. Vodaphone should be penalized for not calling the customer and taking his consent for plan upgradation from 149 to 299 To increase the ARPU they are defrauding customers.

@ViCustomerCare just had call will vodafone idea support team. From 1 year there is ongoing issue for network and still today they are providing outputs to network team. shameless company. don't have words to describe the unprofessional behaviour of this company.. @TRAI

@TRAI team after opting out(porting) from @ViCustomerCare due to their pathetic service , I got 15 calls in one day from them to not leave and this harrassment should be stopped.
