    @ViCustomerCare Hi Since last few days, almost 2-3 weeks my internet is not working at all and it shows E on the network bars but previously it was working fine and showing 4G on network bars. please fix my issue ASAP. Nowhere I am getting 4G network now. Mob-9967615774

    @ViCustomerCare im having this problem where signal goes randomly and switches to emergency calls and on restart it goes fine again aftrr few hours goes to emergency calls..its not a handset problem..my mom also uses vi and has same prblm started 2 weeks back

    @ViCustomerCare My problem is still not resolved.if you cannot provide a good network Just stop fake advertising of fastest 4G. I asked to visit my home for network coverage but no one came yet.
