@TRAI @ViCustomerCare Then also deduct money without our concern of activating any plan.This telecom companies are just looting and what is trai doing for common people, who don't use smartphones and having 2g network phone, why would they recharge higher. Please just start the usual basics plan 49rs.

@ViCustomerCare Hlo Mr/mrs.. Improve your 4G internet speed first. The most slowest 4g speed (~0.6 - 70kbs) given by only voda & poorest network coverage at my place. Voda services is below 3rd quality service. I feel shamed around people when I use your internet. My rating is 0.02 out of 100.
