@ViCustomerCare Your DM’s don’t help. What helps us actually improving the service you provide your customers. Vi is easily the worst carrier in India. The only reason I have stuck with you is you have great international roaming plans, otherwise the connection quality in India is pathetic.

For proof I have recording of all the customer calls done to @ViCustomerCare . Any suggestion for legal action is appreciated. The issue is not the amount but they must be doing the same with thousands of customers and the information provided was wrong

@ViCustomerCare Network quality very poor. If you complained that issue only you csn get message your problem solved. But in the reality issue not resolved. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

@rohitsLogic @ViCustomerCare #Airtel would be a better option for Mumbai, though the service varies with places. I did port mine couple of years back
