    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare Then also deduct money without our concern of activating any plan.This telecom companies are just looting and what is trai doing for common people, who don't use smartphones and having 2g network phone, why would they recharge higher. Please just start the usual basics plan 49rs.

    @ViCustomerCare I've already shared all the details several times via DM and here as well. The issue is pending since 13th July. No one providing the resolution and compensation as promised by your management @ViCustomerCare You're providing third class services which is not acceptable.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello I did MNP from Airtel to VI. I just swapped the sim. It is showing VI network but when I call it is asking for some oic to activate. How to do that.? I am in Urgency.

    @ViCustomerCare Hlo Mr/mrs.. Improve your 4G internet speed first. The most slowest 4g speed (~0.6 - 70kbs) given by only voda & poorest network coverage at my place. Voda services is below 3rd quality service. I feel shamed around people when I use your internet. My rating is 0.02 out of 100.
