@ViCustomerCare some problem with my pack have recharged 2-3 days back with 4gb per day pack but I can use net for atleast 2 hours in a day where as earlier with same pack could use net for more than 5 - 6 hours.

@ViCustomerCare That is why Vi is in loss, Because whole team of Vi customer care is lost somewhere, they don't know what they are doing, what is the case, what was the complaint from customer and for what Vi is doing follow up... feeling sorry for Vi business handling.

@ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @TRAI Sir, I don’t want to continue in this #vi network,since they don’t have 4g indoor coverage or vowifi. I have not completed 90 days to port to other networks.I am ready to pay penalty for porting before 90 days please guide. #vi they are not responding or no use.
