    @ViCustomerCare dear Vodafone we are constantly having problems with internet speed in our location.we have to depend to another network for data. So kindly look into the matter ASAP.or else I have to switch to another network.

    @ViCustomerCare please atleast reply... Vodafone person playing with us . Since last 4 days there is no network coming.. they just keep on saying wait till 16th April. Is this the customer service you offer ? I want my resolution also I have 6 Vodafone connections in my family

    @ViCustomerCare Some agent called from Vi. They said that my documents were not clear so they rejected them and provided an update on the given number. However, no such number was received and i had to follow up after 24 hours! The agent also was rude. I do not expect this service from Vi

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing netwprk issue from last two days. Calls froping, data not working at all and this is not less then not even able to connect customer care as calls not connecting. Can you please tell me when this issue will be solved or will not be solved at all?

    @ViCustomerCare I hv been trying to port since morning. Everytime I send the msg to 1900 I get the same response " Incorrect request, please send the request with correct format". This seems to be your shady attempt of not letting your customer go. Your network sucks

    @ViCustomerCare There is a network issues with prepaid line. I went to VI store which is on my gate and there the speed is ok. But at my home it's not working. Kindly register a network issue problem and advise your team to visit the premise.

    @ViCustomerCare my network is down since yesterday. Location - Bangalore. Unable to make calls, hardly the network is up for 30 sec before dropping off. Anything you can help before i migrate to other service provider?? Thank you!!

    @ViCustomerCare I did recharge yesterday of 3gb data pack in which i didn't got service validity , so I'm not able to use my data , Can i please get my money back as i did recharge two times yesterday of 58 + 58 and it's of no use now, I request to refund my money please.
