    @ViCustomerCare I had done a Re 1 recharge for Vi guarantee 2 day extra validity offer before the normal recharge. But extra guarantee was not credited. When I raised a complaint, multiple reasons were given and when those reasons were refuted, new ones were given.

    @smojawala @vodafoneIN Paying for international roaming and not being able to make or receive calls is very disappointing. Hope @VodafoneIN takes responsibility and provides a waiver. Customers deserve better service.

    I recharged VI’s ₹698 Unlimited Data plan, but the moment I cross 1.8GB/day, the internet becomes extremely slow and unusable due to constant buffering. If there’s a speed cap, why call it “Unlimited”, @ViCustomerCare? 📶😠
