    @ViCustomerCare then ur network coverage and data speed deteriorated, I still continued using ur service. Now I am not receiving SMS sent to me by anyone. I have to manually toggle and deselect network to receive sms. (2/n)

    @ViCustomerCare as usual, I didn't receive any calls @ViCustomerCare, the worst decision Vodafone ever made was to merge with Idea. The service quality and the urge to assist customers of Vodafone was much better than that of Vi

    Absolutely horrible service from @VodafoneIN it's been almost a month I have been facing the same problem. Tower shows full and also internet works just fine, however I can neither call nor receive. People calling me get to hear that my phone is busy.

    @VodafoneIN I want my money back, you have deducted Rs 46 without my consent. Please refund the same ASAP. Also stop saying that your and @idea_cares network have merged if you can't provide VoLTE on roaming @ViCustomerCare

    @VodafoneIN hi vodafone, i used vodafone for like 3 years i never felt your service so worst as i am facing now.. my prepaid number i shut down from 15 days, and no of your executive is concern evn aftr my complain.. patehtic #vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare I'm tired of receiving the same reply, hope u had actually looked into it. The most appalling service provider I hv ever used. Just to keep you informed I am porting out all the 10 numbers of my family from 5 different circles(Bihar, West Bengal, Kolkata, Telangana and Karnataka)

    @ViCustomerCare My SIM is already updated and working perfectly on 5G with no damage or loss issue. Still, I keep receiving repeated calls from the Nallasopara West ST Depot branch asking me to update the SIM again. Please stop these unnecessary calls. @TRAI

    Can anybody tell me, which agency delivers Vi home delivery SIM. I'm waiting for three days, but no-one calls or tries to connect with me. This is very frustrating. @ViCustomerCare also unable to help. Feeling helpless. Already paid the first recharge amount online.

    @ViCustomerCare this ridiculous!!! Im getting calls everyday despite being on DND and raising this issue multiple times. If you cant figure this simple thing yet(per your DM's), you have bigger issues in managing your business & customers so why try to retain them?

    @ViCustomerCare I asked for a solution .. you only said your problems and NO SOLUTION for a long term loyal customer. I am ASHAMED TO BE AN INDIAN, where companies DONT HAVE SOLUTION FOR CUSTOMERS .. and employees are So Corrupt that they misguide any customer at any point .. no two employees of a company say one same thing .. SHAME ON ALL INDIAN TELECOM companies ..

    @ViCustomerCare Even my wife got irritated bcoz of 5-6 calls every day to convince us. If rather than call us, u could have delivered the SIM on time then probably your teams shouldn't have to give excuses every time calling us. Very Pathetic service mindset

    @ViCustomerCare What I still don’t understand is: If my number hd active validity and KYC ws already linked to my Aadhaar, y ws it stopped in the first place? And if verification was needed, why is reactivating an existing customer’s number made so difficult?
