@ViCustomerCare another representative yesterday told me that my sim is of Delhi circle so Vi will only provide network in Delhi. Is this how telecoms are working? Do I need to buy different sim for each State now?

@ViCustomerCare Your customer service has no answer and to question about bill cycle and previous complaints raised. They simply disconnect the call. Kindly ask some educated person to call me so that network and bill issue can be resolved.

@ViCustomerCare My nmber stopped signal frm yesterday. I logged complain & got a call 2day mrng that I need to replace my SIM on free of cost by visiting VI store. I called nearest VI store, they said 150 charge. I called VI again & now they said Rs 75 charges. Who is correct??
