Rudra (@rudrkadamx) reported@meAtVaishnav @ViCustomerCare Well I just talked to Vi Customer Care. They called me after I tweeted them the issue. The Customer Care Executive told me than in this scenario, the SIM card must be faulty and told me to exchange it at Vi Store for free.
