    They are not allowing any friends to help us either. It would have been much easy to get a new sim to as we know we have 100 different places to update a number and unfortunately everywhere we need to physically present. Feels like back in 90s @ViCustomerCare

    Can @ViCustomerCare help me with the toll free complaint numbers mandated by TRAI. Both 198 & 199 are reflecting as invalid numbers. Certain toll free numbers and landline numbers only work when volte is switched off. No data connectivity. Many issues

    @ViCustomerCare Extremely annoyed by your services and customer support automated calls on other people number for enquiring about me. Despite several reminders still getting phones. So it’s better that to end the relationship for betterment.

    @ViCustomerCare your Customer care number 198 is wrong, and the long code for particular circle is absolute trash. @DoT_India @TRAI I think this should be taken very seriously charging 4x amount of the plan and putting it as miscellaneous.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI sir for new sim they asked ready for 50rs i was ready to pay directly 50rs but they asked to recharge 100rs i got 83 rs credited in my account and than deducted 50rs wht type of playing games with customer either you could have took 50rs directly or
