The nightmare of being a @VodafoneIN customer continues. A few days back decided to change from prepaid to postpaid, provided necessary documents, also went physicall to a vi store, and today services to the number have been blocked! #CustomerExperience #badservice

@ViCustomerCare @sunfun16 Plan selected 399 but amount not paid as I did not get pop up, type of activation I don't know you have shared link with me where I have filled required detail, why you wasting my time unnecessary, I realise why Jio and airtel are having more customer than yours.
