    @ViCustomerCare i have taken new Sim card by default we should pay for 4months, i paid INR 2000plus taxes, now sim is activated but i am getting calls from other persons who was using the same number, now that guys sim has activated to me now i am facing this issue daily..

    @sundar_s1955 @ViCustomerCare Sir, I had similar experience and Vodafone management was interested in resolving the issue, though I was the customer for longest period.

    I am extremely disappointed that despite repeated complaints, no permanent solution has been provided. Kindly escalate this matter to the concerned network team and resolve it urgently. @ViCustomerCare
