    @ViCustomerCare this time I will take you to the consumer court for your pathetic service. I wanted to port out and you all are doing it intentionally to stop me from porting out . I called 198 and Mr subhojit roy simply refused to take my complaint and disconnected the line

    Hi @JioCare, I submitted my @ViCustomerCare to Jio port request on 7 July around 7 PM. KYC is complete, but MyJio still shows "Port-in In Progress". My Vi plan expires on 8 July, and I'm concerned about a service interruption if the process is delayed. @JioCare (1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare network has been down for 4 days in Nirmal, Vasai (PIN 401304)after the heavy rains.Power is back in most tower locations since yesterday, but there is still no mobile signal. Residents are unable to make calls or use data.Kindly restore th network at the earliest

    Seriously? @ViCustomerCare No 4G since morning in my location metro tier one City, — only crappy 2G outside and zero signal at home. Your app won’t even let me raise a ticket. Not just me — 10 people in my building are offline. Fix this NOW. #ViDown

    @ViCustomerCare It’s been three days, since i have reported the issue. Everytime, I contact the chat support, they collect basic details, assures tht someone would call me. Chat session is terminated by agent without taking confirmation. First thing after u fix issue, i wd port to @airtelindia
