    @JioCare For five years we never had a problem in this area. It's just since a week now that too for few numbers. Do you suggest it's time we all shift to either @airtelindia or @ViCustomerCare?

    @ViCustomerCare My concern is very specific and requires a clear resolution: 1. I never authorized the ₹210.17 Vi Movies & TV subscription/auto-renewal. 2. I have repeatedly asked Vi to provide the activation, consent/OTP and usage proof, but I have not received it yet.

    @ViCustomerCare Help Please Mujhe Jio Number Fir Se Vodafone Vi Main Transfer Karna Hain Koi Executive Bhej Sakte PORT Out Msg Aa gaya Hain.The UPC for your mobile no. is JG25XX78, valid upto 20-08-26 23:59. Do not share UPC with anyone except the recipient operator personnel.

    @ViCustomerCare As per mails and calls that should be delivered within 72 hours which means today I am supposed to get the same. Now it's about 7 PM, 12th Aug still no communication on delivering the SIM. What kind of service ?

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi SIM on OnePlus 11R 5G is stuck on GPRS/2G instead of 4G/5G. I’ve already restarted the phone and checked the preferred network setting, but the issue persists. Please resolve this urgently. #Vi #NetworkIssue
