    @ViCustomerCare Expected resolution date is 16th March, what do you expect me to do by then. Don't call anybody and anyhow wouldn't receive any call.

    @ViCustomerCare I had already shared the. Screenshot...you would have got your response long back had u cared to see them in the msgs. Moreover, the issue is resolved now as i got my sim.

    @ViCustomerCare Very pathetic issue resolution from India's fastest 4G svc provider, 5 working days for any issue whatever may be the criticality... I am facing issue of no incoming voice for both IC and OG calls in my area, it is 3 days, but still no resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare Thinking of porting out if no resolution by tomorrow. Very disappointing experience and very bad customer service by Vi, the India's fastest 4G Network.
