  @ViCustomerCare Recharged for 49 and I'm unable to send text messages like before. Customer care says plan changed and sms facility not available anymore. Disgusted at your service. Changing a plan without prior information. Gonna switch to @airtelindia !

  @ViCustomerCare says "We have checked the serving site of your location and it is max optimized at best possible level." Instead of investing in new tower VI is justifying itself thru silly excuse. VI takes money and instead of giving service asks for patience. Pathetic!

  @ViCustomerCare - the network has been below par since yesterday. Calls are not connecting, data not working this is in addition to the frequent call drops. @TraiIndia Would it be possible to penalise these ppl if they don’t agree to solve the issue in next 2 hours? Will Vodafone

  @ViCustomerCare , team I updated my existing plan today for more mobile data and your team didn't rollup unused data from previous plan. Neither I was informed for the same when I talked to customer care executive for plan change. Need help as data was almost 200 GB. Please help

  @ViCustomerCare it's been e days now since my mobile no stopped working but till now this issue is unresolved. I think it's time to change the operator.
