    . @ViCustomerCare Visited Vodafone gallery to replace my 8-year-old SIM due to poor network in iPhone 17. Shocked to hear SIM replacement only possible after converting to postpaid. Is this company policy or misinformation from your ghatkopar east gallery??

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare You make just one call when it’s about resolving an issue, but for unnecessary formalities & repetitive talks, there are 10 calls- just to show concern, not solve it. Do you expect customers to sit all day waiting for your random calls? @DoT_India help please
