    @ViCustomerCare If any user raise network issue complient, your customer support people calling and telling we will not reslove the issue and saying don't comment on social media. Is this the way how you deal with complients ?

    @ViCustomerCare having issue in voice call and network, and tired of pop up, lodge many compliant but no response sent DM msg then also results are zero so kindly confirm are you in position to deliver services or should I discontinued the services

    @ViCustomerCare please tell me how I can skip the corona msgs ivr everytime I have to make a call I can't seem to be able to skip that msg , pressing 1 or * or anything doesn't help and it's not random it's everytime I make a call even on airtel or jio I can skip that msg with 1
