    @ViCustomerCare Expected resolution date is 16th March, what do you expect me to do by then. Don't call anybody and anyhow wouldn't receive any call.

    @AtulKadyan2 @ViCustomerCare Very poor service by @ViCustomerCare! Customers will mass migrate to Jio and other services if things continue in this manner! Customers who pay you must be treated with the utmost respect! We have a number of options! I really thought Vi has improved! Very, very disappointing!

    @ViCustomerCare Can you call, @ViCustomerCare? I have already DM’ed my mobile number, as requested. I expected a quicker response since this complaint has been escalated! Would sincerely appreciate if your words are met with effective action! Customer service is not just showing that you care!

    @ViCustomerCare  I have done recharge of Rs 699 am and still not able to use internet the amount is deducted but still not reflecting customer care told to recharge again like why the server is down right then to suggesting are to recharge again solve the issues plz

    Just reported @ViCustomerCare to @TRAI. Multiple complaints by customers all over India. They are unavailable via call center, email & appellate office! What else is a customer to do during this lockdown?! Don’t even reply promptly on Twitter! Action must be taken! #VodafoneIndia
