    @ViCustomerCare Expected resolution date is 16th March, what do you expect me to do by then. Don't call anybody and anyhow wouldn't receive any call.

    @DoT_India Sir, @ViCustomerCare is unable to solve issue. Only temporary solution. Why they are charge 4G services ruppes rather then free till issue resolve?

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, we have worked on your complaint no. DEL-V00805263165 but are unable to resolve it completely. We are concerned about your issue and continue our efforts to improve our network in your area. I don't understand why? Am I not paying the amount for Internet?

    @ViCustomerCare Even after paying for a number that I do not use, my primary number is still deactivated. It's been more than 18 hrs I visited the store, I was told that the number will be activated within an hour. This is my official number and I am facing tremendous problems since last 2 days.

    @ViCustomerCare Is there any way to escalate the complaint because your call centre refuses to say anything beyond 'we are sorry, charges are valid' and cuts the call.
