  @ViCustomerCare Expected resolution date is 16th March, what do you expect me to do by then. Don't call anybody and anyhow wouldn't receive any call.

  @ViCustomerCare i have taken new Sim card by default we should pay for 4months, i paid INR 2000plus taxes, now sim is activated but i am getting calls from other persons who was using the same number, now that guys sim has activated to me now i am facing this issue daily..

  From pas few days while making an outgoing call my network goes down , nill automatically after dialing a number and I'm not even receiving any call , whenever anyone tries to call me my network goes automatically down @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare Still no update after 3 days. The promised 12–24 hour SIM delivery seems to have turned into an indefinite wait. Should I take this as a hint to cancel the port request and switch to @reliancejio instead?

  "The number doesn't belong to Airtel". Of course it doesn't NOW, because your failure forced me to port out! Disregarding a Deaf & Mute customer's rights is unacceptable. Big thanks to @ViCustomerCare for following TRAI rules perfectly, charging just ₹7 for MNP with a FREE SIM.
