    @ViCustomerCare from 4 days there was no network in phone today network came but not able to call after trying 4to5 times to call customer care then call was connected and they told your issue will be solve as early as possible what should i do now. worst service from your team

    @ViCustomerCare Every time you lodge a complaint for internet down 72 or 96 hrs time-line is given by your team with no response even after 96 hrs....horrible. lost close to 15 days of no internet in last 3 months...no compensation by Vodafone not even extension of expiry date.
