    @ViCustomerCare Highly disappointed. You have no value for your loyal long-term customer. You will deliver a sim to the doorstep of anyone who is porting to VI however you won’t deliver to an existing customer? You expect me to go to a store in the middle of a pandemic!

    @ViCustomerCare Vi team I don't know why u charge money for the things which I have not opted ,today it self I got msg that I have charged Rs49 for tambola ,why when I have not opted ,u people are not able to provide service but only put burdern
