    @ViCustomerCare For 15 years i used idea, it was i deed the best network never had complaints, until vodafone took over, i tried not to change my loyalty, but the 50 gb month plan i hd never got used because network hi nahi aata tha kahi , most poor network now i switched to jio

    @ViCustomerCare My sim was deactivated.When I visited vi store,they activated it but converted it into postpaid. It's very costly, n now he is saying it'll take 6 months to change back to prepaid.Totally rubbish from vi network. You guys only know ur profit,even if we suffer huge loss.Worst netw

    Dear @ViCustomerCare i am using 10 postpaid numbers in my office of your company. And for a small problem i reach your Customer care centre at Ridhi Sidhi, Gopalpura. They are saying to wait for 18 minutes outside as store will open at 10:30AM. I hardly save my time to come.

    I'm very upset for my VI network. More than 15 days no 4G network in my handset. Evry times I contact with VI care, but result not found till now. I request to VI manager, please resolve my problem as soon as possible. Otherwise I switch to other companies 🙏🙏 @ViCustomerCare
