@ViCustomerCare U keep giving due dates, nothing is changing. I m not free all day for ur call. U only call once so that u dont have to deal with customers. U have called me many times in past and yet there is no solution

@casarmans @ViCustomerCare That is the exact reason why I stayed with them despite them not doing anything to rectify the bad internet scenarios, but financial losses due to poor internet connectivity is not something I can afford on a regular basis

@runophilia @ViCustomerCare I just could not get them work it out for me .. My issue was having two data plans added .. Moving to one worked .. Though eSIM needs activation from email as well . Hope you’ve done that

Beware with Vodafone idea. I have post paid connection of Vodafone idea and they change my plan without inform me and charged 3 times than my current tariff. Don’t stay with idea, worst experience.@vodafoneIN_Fdtn @vodafonein1 @ViCustomerCare
