Hi, I want to download my postpaid bill of cycle 20 Mar 2021- 19 Apr 2021 but I can't able to download it from Vi app. I also called Vi customer care twice, they said that bill will be sent to you in 30 mins. on your email but I didn't get that. Please solve this @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare So much network problem everywhere for Vi. We thought after merger of vodafone and idea, will get better service. But all in-vein. Calls not getting connected, No voice after call connectivity etc. etc. This is indoor as well as outdoor problem. pls see to it

@ViCustomerCare This is really frustrating. I have neither received a call nor an email. Is is a kind of joke? Thanks to the wonderful network, I have been paying bills though I always have signal issues. Now I have issues with sms services. What next, will you block my call services?
