@ViCustomerCare i have 4 connections running from VI and i will port each one of them if you wont bother to check why number is coming switched off? 7-8 tweets and. 5-6 dms and no response from VI customer care at all. This VI care is a joke !!

@ViCustomerCare VI office done the process of Sim change for 03 time in 03 days but every time request was declined. Didn’t get reply from VI office/ customer care. Today out of frustration I Port my 05 years old No in Airtel.

@ViCustomerCare Can your excellency at Vodafone Idea explain why the VoLTE service is still down. You mentioned that you will revert back, but so far no outcomes. I have a genuine question - whether you will refund the rental for the duration of your call services being unusable?

@ViCustomerCare I get 8-9mBps max on Airtel 4G in area but VI fails me to give even 1mBps on 4G whereas Vi 3G gives me 2mBps max . I've already details plenty times but no actions was taken on it! Why r u even have customer support in that case? Save money, fire some people!😠😑
