    Disappointing services provided by @ViCustomerCare for not being helpful. Have send them multiple email ans have been to their store many times with no answer to my issues. Very disappointing.

    @ViCustomerCare Why the alternate num? . The issue is about internet on Vi Sim. Are you assuming that calling facility is too affected and that is why you want to call me on another number other than Vi.

    My sim card has been deactivated without any call or message from me. My vi sim card has been deactivated vi company. 8155962001. reactivate my sim card or else I will file a complaint with telecom authority of India. Against vi company @TRAI @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare My prepaid Vi SIM has been showing "Unable to register on network" since yesterday morning. Tried restart, reinserting SIM, manual & auto registration — nothing works. No calls, no data for 24+ hrs. Urgent fix needed.
