    @ViCustomerCare Some agent called from Vi. They said that my documents were not clear so they rejected them and provided an update on the given number. However, no such number was received and i had to follow up after 24 hours! The agent also was rude. I do not expect this service from Vi

    What can you say about $ Billion companies taking your money and then scooting off with NO SOLUTION NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO REFUND NOT EVEN sending Tech team to rectify problem of Network While their staff enjoy their salaries paid by our hard earned monies @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 I have been using Vodafone for the last 8years. Are you gonna provide network in my area or should i switch to other network. Now a days your network becomes whole day out of service. Believing that it be ok within a week but it goes same out of srvs

    @ViCustomerCare my network is down since yesterday. Location - Bangalore. Unable to make calls, hardly the network is up for 30 sec before dropping off. Anything you can help before i migrate to other service provider?? Thank you!!

    @ViCustomerCare Very very disappointed with your network.....Most of the time your network is out of service in my area.... Living in such area where other networks are available all the time.....
