Alok Pandey (@_pandeymonium_) reportedHey @ViCustomerCare You are losing customers by quarter bec you’ve stopped caring for individual ones. Mechanical CC Execs read from script, no matter what is asked. Network issue unresolved for many months. So here’s farewell, after almost a decade long association. Do better.

Pradhan's Fintech (@PradhansFintech) reportedOn August 15, we received an sms from @ViNewsOfficial saying that we were getting 1 gb of free data for 7 days. But honestly, what’s the point of offering free data when there is no vi network inside our room? We couldn’t use that offer because the network simply wasn’t available and yesterday, we received another sms saying that we are getting 10 minutes of free calls + 1 gb of free data for 5 days. We are still checking the network, and the situation is exactly the same. Inside our room, it still shows “no service.” We have even attached a screenshot for reference. If we need to use vi network, we literally have to go outside our room or climb up to the rooftop and if we want proper 4g connectivity, we have to move around and search for a location where the network actually works. So what’s the point of these free offers if we can’t even use the service? Maybe vi is offering these benefits because we haven’t been recharging regularly, but offering 1 gb or free calling minutes doesn’t solve the actual problem. The problem is network coverage. We actually want to recharge and use vi because the plans and services are good, especially the unlimited 4g data plans. But if there is no network inside our room, what’s the point of recharging? Since we got this sim, we have recharged it only twice. We were planning to recharge again, but after continuously facing network issues, we simply stopped using it. Once vi’s 4g network becomes properly available inside our room, We’ll definitely consider recharging again. Until then, @ViCustomerCare please don’t keep sending us offers that we can’t actually use. First fix the network coverage, then the offers will actually be useful.
