    @ViCustomerCare I have ported my number to vi on 23rd by visiting nearest branch and they said it will take around 4 days now it's 28 I can see that sim got network but I am not able to make calls. This is the service you want to give to your customers???

    @ViCustomerCare Reach out to customers and once they get your sim just treat them like you don't know who they are. You know what vodafone....try to make your customer services good. No wonder why share price is falling.

    @ViCustomerCare "UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND POSTPAID ISSUE" I lost my sims one is Airtel one is VI Both are prepaid sims. i went to stores to get my sims back i submitted all documents. I got airtel sim in 10 days which is prepaid.i got VI sim after 3 months which is postpaid. I want prepaid @TRAI

    I am forcibly using VI services, yes forcibly, bcause I had selected Hutch as Mobile Service provider above 20 yrs back, I have not seen such a pathetic service. if anyone from vodafone is interested in improving pls ask so that I can share details @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare
