@ViCustomerCare ! I am on a RedX plan and struggling to redeem free Netflix offer. I emailed customer care. I received a call on Monday, telling me it will be done by Tuesday. I received a call yesterday, saying it will be resolved by 15:15 today. Nothing done! LIARS!

@ViCustomerCare Since today morning only 1-2 signal bars out of 5 are showing at my house in Bengaluru. As a result 4G internet is slow and frequent call drops happening. Please check.
