    @ViCustomerCare @DisneyPlusHS I filled my complain regarding my net problem before 5 months in idea customer care center my complain has not been solved yet .whenever I called customer agent he/she always said it's is your location area network issue , but how much time you need to solved my problem??

    @ViCustomerCare wrost service provider in india. Finally I have ported out 6 vi sim sucessful today. I have been complaining since last 50 days but vi don't engineer don't take my words seriously so I did what was right. And i will tell everyone to port from vi . Now bear losse.

    @ViCustomerCare I am not able to send SMS while I just recharged with 79 rupees ..also you have increased price of same plan by 30 rupees in one month ..last month same plan was in 49. Pathetic service and high plan rates

    @ViCustomerCare VI. The problem is I am having main balance and validity on my phone, but can't send SMS. Ur executive says coy policy is u can send sms only after minimum recharge of 128rs. I generally rech my phone with 49ts as ur services are not that good.
