    @airtelindia Most of the time (95%) there is no network coverage in my area/home. That's really not done after paying for unlimited plans every month, can't even make calls. Anyone to help @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare since yesterday your 4G Internet is fluctuating , every 3-4 min I have good connection and then no internet . Please note .. it is not an issue of network range. Please have this fixed asap . Area : UP West , Firozabad ,Locality : AryaNagar

    @ViCustomerCare we have network coverage and very slow internet speed problem. We have to study.. due to slow and bad internet..we can't do. please improve the internet speed. Pincode 224141we are facing this problem daily.. and we get 1kbps to 50kbps speed..

    @ViCustomerCare now where r those verification techniques? The SIM card used is for about 20 years the time when Vodafone first existed in India. I’m going to port all my Vi now into some other network connection now!

    @ViCustomerCare I have been using Idea sim card since 2014. But since last year, I started facing call mute and call drop issue along with poor data connection.Even after multiple complaints issue still persist. This is the worst services till now provided by VI. Kindly resolve.

    @ViCustomerCare how can a 75 year old COVID patient come to your customer card office within 10 Jun 2021 and verify that she is the person who’s SIM CARD is?! On verification of add n new SIM card u guys go to any extent n come to home n verify things.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia #7011276949 not used any service not even 0. 1mb data nor a single call in past months. Really fed up of the worse service of VI and their support agents i ll make sure to port all the Vi connections to other network active in family!

    @ViCustomerCare I facing issue regarding network last 3 months and complaining again and again but no one is here to listen. I am postpaid customer my bill cycle is properly working rather than network.. Call drop issue Internet issues..
