I had recharged using talk time of INR 50/- Now VI is forcing me to pay for another higher plan to restore the services. Extremely bad customer service.

I live in Kolkata, Santoshpur, S 24 pgs- thinking of changing to other SP - have been 13 years - can’t bear any longer!

Their excuse is that company policies don't allow them to refund customer's money, even when no service was provided.
